Very helpful knowledgeable staff made for an easy choice of product. The delivery was spot on time and totally fuss free, we were impressed by the wearing of shoe covering and the engaged and helpful manner of the polite delivery men.

Great experience in Dreams Southport
Great experience in Dreams Southport, with excellent support and service from Chris and Emma. They were friendly, knowledgable and made the experience of buying a new divan base, headboard and mattress, a positive one. Excellent choice of mattresses to try and in no way did I feel pressurised or rushed. I feel I got good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

Hassle free
I'm happy with the mattresses I bought from the company. My daughter needed to replace her mattress and we needed another for the spare room.
I was dealt in a friendly and polite manner in the shop and was shown a range of mattresses. I got exactly what I wanted at a price that suited my budget.
Delivery was hassle free and overshoes were worn in my house when the new mattresses were delivered. My old mattresses were taken away (I'd paid for this service) and everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable.

I had sever backe problems whent to see dreams southport told them my problem they sorted me out a new matress and fast delivery extrealy knowable staff verey friendly couldn't do enough to help I can recamend them it's the only place to go out of 10 I would give them 12

Chris met us at the door and greeted us…
Chris met us at the door and greeted us with a smile and asked us if we were looking for something specific. We told him 'beds' and he explined what was available and helped us to choose the correct one for us. We were offered tea/coffee whilst we had a discussion and then helped us with a decision; he was courteous, pleasant, efficient and very professional throughout the whole experience. Will definitely go there again and will recommend both the staff, the shop and the products.
