Nothing was to much trouble, time was not a problem. Emma was so helpful

Bought a bed from store recently. Emma and colleague were very helpful. Emma was a polite, witty and knowledgeable member of staff. Got a really good deal, and nothing was any trouble. Bought end of line bed which needed dismantling wrapping and moving. This was done with no problem at all.

Great service and product. Delivered when promised and bed assembled by very friendly and tidy workers.

Very polite and knowledgeable sales staff, the delivery guys were also polite, well dressed, knowledgeable and wore shoe protectors when entering my home. Would highly recommend

Can sleep well. Do not wake up in night due to back pain.

From the time we walked into the store, to the time the bed was delivered, we experienced help, knowledge and efficiency. Can’t ask for more.

When I went into the shop I realised the only assistant there had seen me, but she waited until I had an opportunity to look round before pouncing! When she asked how she could help she was knowledgeable and helpful about the mattresses. There was a wide choice of 4 ft ones. I bought one and it was delivered on the promised date by 2 efficient men who covered their shoes to come into the house , were pleasant, quick and helpful. The mattress is superb and my persistent neck problem eased immediately. I am waiting for the next sale to buy a 3ft mattress so that my guests can enjoy their stay.

Emma is very knowledgeable and friendly, was very patient as we asked numerous questions and explained the whole process. Chris was very friendly too.

The store colleague was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and didn't use hard-sell techniques. He did not rush our experience but remained pleasant, despite hitting closing time. I would thoroughly recommend this particular store (Southport)

Plenty of choice. Exceptional product knowledge. Helpful colleagues with first class service. A pleasant greeting from Emma who could not do enough without being pushy. Cannot wait for my new adjustable bed, Mattress and tempur pillows. All my boxes have been ticked with this order. The mattress is really cushioned but with proper support and the Motion bedframe is beautiful with a built in headboard in a navy velvet .. stunning. The tempur soft cool cloud pillow felt so good as I have an issue with my neck.. Amazing on every level.

The lovely Emma in the store was very helpful and informative about the bed settee and the delivery came on time. The two guys who delivered put it together with professional skills and I am delighted with this product.

From the moment,I walked into the dreams store in Kew Southport, my experience was absolutely unforgettable, the staff at dreams Kew store, couldn't have been more friendlier,and lovelier , if they both tried, I felt so relaxed , we walked around the store with great ease, with the assistance explaining along the way .About the difference in each of the Tempur mattresses.
I was so impressed with the way they presented themselves and the knowledge that both female staff had ,what a lovely experience it makes a lovely change to come across such lovely assistance,who actually love their jobs, I was so impressed with their patience and understanding, of what we wanted and needed , Myself and my husband , .Love our new Tempor mattress,and no doubt will enjoy many good and comfortable years, sleeping on it ,and all because two lovely female assistants took the time to explain everything about what we wanted.the dreams team took the time to explain ,a very happy customer. Our experience was excellent .The two colleagues who assisted us throughout our experience in the store couldn't do enough for us .
