I also must mention the two delivery men who were so polite and respectful of my home. They were in constant touch before delivery and on the day. Everything went very smoothly and we are delighted with our new bed. Thankyou Stephen.

Very happy with the service from Dreams
Very happy with the service from Dreams. The store staff introduced themselves and then gave us space to look around. They encouraged us to try out each mattress. When we had a question they were on hand to answer. We never felt pushed to buy or towards any specific bed brand

Can highly recommend Dreams.
Can highly recommend Dreams for the excellent customer service, both in the shop and the delivery men. The beds were put together by two very nice, courteous men, quickly and efficiently.

It was a really positive experience…
It was a really positive experience buying from Dreams. From visiting the shop, to having the bed delivered and set up.
The service from start to finish was great. I was impressed with Chris the assistant at the Southport branch. He went through the different scenarios about which bed would suit me, and seemed genuinely helpful. This resulted in me making a very happy purchase.
The delivery guys were fantastic, ( forgot to get their names) they were very respectful and efficient. They looked smart in their uniforms and wore covers on their shoes to protect my floors. The bed looks great. I would definitely use Dreams again.

1st class service from first going into…
1st class service from first going into the shop. I was only buying a replacement mattress for my spare room but I had excellent service and was very pleased with the staff member who looked after me. Delivery was just as good and nothing was too much trouble. Drivers were very respectful and took shoes off etc. I’m very impressed.
