From start to finish the team were very helpful, quick to answer all questions accurately and make contact at the time promised. The car arrived promptly on the day promised and the hand over was very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Great rates top class service
Highly recommend drive electric. Bryony was very responsive and always able to answer any questions. Rates were very competitive but service is first class.

Wonderful relaxed experience
Wonderful relaxed experience from ordering my Tesla Model Y to delivery, the support received from keeping us informed of delivery status along the way was superb. The Sales Team pre order could not have been more helpful with helping me make the right choices for car selection. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I’ll be back for another car in 3 years !.

No false promises
Excellent service. Ordered my car and delivered within 6 weeks even with the manufacturer backlog. I was a little sceptical that stock was available but it was delivered as promised and cheaper than anywhere else.

Still awaiting delivery of my car having ordered it at the end of May with a lead time of 6-weeks indicated. It’ll be more like 18-weeks!

Kept informed
Though there were delays in getting my car, this was due to the supplier and I was kept informed all the time which was excellent. They just lost a point for delays in responding prior to placing the order, though this might have relate to holidays.

My second EV with DE - excellent service.
Nothing was too much trouble. From going through lots of honest conversations on range, costs and colour to having to change delivery dates at short notice because my diary was a mess, the have all been brilliant. The handover this morning from the chap delivering was excellent - a full walk round the whole car and a drive too. This is my second EV with Drive Electric and I just wouldn't go anywhere else.
