Drive Solutions Avis

Fast shipping, quality products.

Drive Solutions personally worked with me to determine the best solution for my DirecTV audio/video storage requirements. They ensured that the technical, as well as the cost, requirements were satisfied.

Easy to find exactly what drive you need at a competitive price.

Good experience

Ordering the right replacement part is extremely easy! Shipping is fast too!

The mechanics of the cloning process were not obvious from the software instructions, I couldn’t tell when one step concluded and when to start the next step (poor UI), but I was able to work it out and after the cloning was able to make the exchange and the laptop it now so much faster and my friend is very happy.

Great service helpful employees quick delivery

The Customer Service and website was amazing. The Drive Solutions website was the only one that had my exact model of computer and showed all upgrade options available. After a slight shipping mishap, Customer Service bent over backwards to make my order complete. Great company who still knows how to do everything right!

The drive was exactly as described and will work perfectly in my laptop.

Everything arrived in great condition and was shipped well. Once I downloaded Samsung Magician I was able to clone my 183GB used out of 1TB HDD in about 75 minutes. After swapping drives, system is running much better and appears to be a perfect clone. Great investment for me, thanks.

The USB data cable could be a bit more robust. However, my overall opinion is very good. I would buy again.

The customer service I got from Gregory McDonald was no less than Outstanding. Greg got me right to what I needed and then helped me not only to upgrade my order to ensure maximum performance of my system, but also guided me with additional items I would need through Dell and to encase the hard drive(s). I am truly impressed. Literally today, me newer Dell said the hard drive is showing signs of failure - I know who I am calling! THANKS!!

I was able to find the right ssd for my new laptop and the right enclosure to allow me to clone the system drive. I wouldn't have known how to find that info otherwise.

Item was as advertised. Quick and hassel-free transaction.

I ordered a replacement hard drive for my Dell studio 17 laptop. The price was right and the experience couldn't have been any more efficient. Kudos to Drive Solutions for their excellent customer service.

They did not have the number of drives that I ordered and called me to let me know. They offered to ship what they had and then later send the rest once in stock. Most companies would not have called to make this offer.

Everything was straightforward and easy: from ordering the SSD to installation. The price was very competitive and shipping was extra fast: CA to ME in two days! Thanks, Gregory!

Drive solutions has been very resourceful for limited resources of various laptop and computer systems. They have provided excellent service and excellent products and have the best packaging for products I have ever seen.

Gregory was an excellent Representative . Yo thank you for your help Gregory.
