The site is a disaster and has been for as long a I can remember, the design and user experience are so bad it's funny. The interface, just keeps messing up things.

Bedste sted at købe PDF titler
Jeg har brugt DriveThruRPG i mange år nu, og det er efterhånden det eneste sted (udover Paizo), hvor jeg køber PDF rollespil.
Tror ikke jeg har købt en fysisk rollespilsbog i snart 10 år, og kan se på min DriveThruRPG "reol", at jeg har over 500 titler. DriveThruRPG og en god tablet med fornuftig læseindstilling, og så har du ALLE dine rollespilsbøger med dig overalt.
Bedste element ved DriveThruRPG: Automatisk opdatering når der kommer errata (og hos visse forlag, også når der kommer nye udgaver).

DriveThruRPG did it again...
First order received, book is damaged. They didnt use any protection material. Talked to the customer service. Very nice and helpful person. He sent a new book on its way. I beg them to use proper protection. I received it today, book is damaged. They didnt use any protection material again. I will never buy physical books there again. And I will tell everybody to do the same. I dont think they care about it.

Avoid: negligence + terrible customer service + difficulty in getting refunded
They screwed up my delivery address (even though it was correctly provided by my payment method) and ended up sending my parcel to the wrong country (?!) ... Then I asked for a refund which at first they refused (?!), after some more exchanges they ended up refunding me but blaming me for not checking the delivery address that they printed wrong (?!) -- Overall they're not trustworthy and I had awful experience with their customer service

Money taken, no order recieved, Account deleted
My Account get deleted, too. No pdf's - "just" two undelivered physical Orders are lost. Seems that they never sended them, but my money seems good enough to be taken. Pff... will try to get my lobey back via laywer. Absolut not professionel, call it criminal.”

Well.... not a good Company at All. If you need help, you wont get some. If you are looking for something, navigating on this site will drive you MAD. If you got a Problem, they will leave you alone. Hopefully there will be more contrahents on POD soon...

Censoring comments they don't like...
I had a discussion with person on their website on political correctness regarding one of their products, where said person's stance was that the mere word race was racist, and that humanity was all the same race.
I then corrected this misunderstanding, by explaining that 'human' is a 'species', and that black people, white people, asians, etc... are different races WITHIN this species.
I think my opponent misunderstood me, because I then received an explanation of why all people was of the same species (like I said), and within a day or two, my last few comments, on the matter, had been deleted. No racism, sexism, or hate in the comments I only tried to discuss the matter in a calm, levelheaded manner.
I don't seem to be the only one who have had their comments unjustifiably deleted so I think this says a lot about the management of the site.
Someone should remind them of the concept of Freedom of Speech.

Ok, They have deleted everything now, after I sent them a ticket...
