Great care is taken in the selection, production, testing and inspection of all our products and we are sure that you will be pleased with the results. We are happy to guarantee that all our seeds will have higher germination levels than those required by legislation and that our plants and other products will arrive in good condition.
Should any of your seed fail to germinate, we will happily provide a replacement packet. If your plants or sundries arrive in poor condition, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. In some instances we may ask for photos of damaged plants or products. We regret that we cannot replace or refund products affected by adverse weather conditions, pests or diseases. Statutory rights unaffected.

Ordered an overwintering veg plant…
Ordered an overwintering veg plant collection. Waited a while for it. It arrived, soil everywhere in box, plug plants fallen out the packaging, dry, lots of yellow leaves. Took pic and contacted them. They said it was normal... so they were not much help. It's not normal when I buy plug plants from other places to arrive like that. Slow and bad postage methods/packaging maybe. Also, where the plants have fallen out pressumably when wet - its destroyed the labels identifying the plants and they all look the same right now. I've no idea if cabbage (2 diff types), broccoli or cauliflour plants.

Delivery was Super fast and the plants…
Delivery was Super fast and the plants turned up moist and all looked good until I went to pot them up to bigger pots. That's when I found the inner wallflower plants wilted and beyond help. But that won't stop me from buying from this Company again

Whoever packaged my plants cannot…
Whoever packaged my plants cannot count. Instead of 10 x3 I’ve received 27 in total, one cauliflower plug had 3 plants, when separated had very little root each.
Better quality than previous years but will not order through them again.

Good plants ( usually; if correct ), bad delivery!
If you receive what you ordered on time, at the date you expect it, the plants ( in my case vegetable seedlings ) are usually very good quality plants that perform well. However, if anything goes wrong with the delivery I get dead or dying plants and replacements are either unavailable, the wrong variety, poor quality or late again and too late in the season to grow successfully in the north of the country at what should be harvest time. After spending time and effort to save some of the seedlings and bring them on; I then discovered as they grew some plants are a different variety to what they should be and NOT what I ordered !!!
If the plants I order are good; they're usually VERY good but as I've had these problems several times in the last 2 or 3 years, I'll have to try a different supplier.
