It is frustrating that an invoice does…
It is frustrating that an invoice does not get sent automatically or I can not get one from the online portal. I have to keep asking and then waiting for days for a reply.

As we have mentioned numerous times, unfortunately our website provider doesn’t allow customers to download an invoice. yes it’s just as frustrating for us to keep sending invoices on request but unfortunately we haven’t got any other methods at present. Also we have a telephone system which you can always use if you don’t get a reply via email straight away. We are very busy at the moment because of the business period which you can appreciate. I believe your invoices have already been sent over today this morning.

Outstanding customer service!.
I had an issue with one of my designs because I uploaded the wrong quality file. Although they had already printed it and it was clearly my error they still helped me resolve the issue and promptly sent out the correct prints.
Would recommend to anyone.

Consistent quality and quick turnaround

Super quick dispatch and delivery and 5 stars quality as always. I have chosen dtf print kings as my main supplier to making my clients tees. I would love to see a discount on multiple meters of dtf transfers tho as for multiple meters is not the best price.
