Tough withdrawal process and updated results
Ive been playing for about a week. Customer Appreciation is Top Notch
I believe this place has the best VIP program out there. The bonuses are great. The customer service is great. They have reached out to me many times with bonuses for no reason. They reach out for feedback. The only thing I would love to see improved is the withdrawal process. Although if you are VIP it is within 48 hours, that is only weekdays. No withdrawals on weekends. So glad I ONLY lost $100 to this absolute scam of a company. Don’t do it. “Terms and conditions” that are endless and only designed to keep you from cashing out. They wouldn’t refund my money- I didn’t even want the winnings, just my initial deposit back. They claim they can’t refund bitcoin. They take your money very easily, but can’t seem to figure out how to give it to you when you win it or want a refund. It is nothing other than a scam. They informed me that I accepted a bonus and therefore I can only withdraw $100 at a time of which they take $53 service charge each time. Here's the kicker, once I withdraw $100, I forfeit the remainder of my winnings. They said I agreed to this when I accepted the bonus!!
