Sirloin
Having been a regular customer of Dukeshill I recently ordered a 2k sirloin joint and a tomahawk steak I was so disappointed to recieve two 1k joints of sirloin that were very thin. I was not satisfied at all as I portion my meat to suit my needs and the portions were very thin. Reluctsnt ti buy my Christmas sirloin and hdd as m now. Sorry

When ordering a 2kg sirloin joint, we appreciate that receiving two separate 1kg joints was not what you were expecting. We also understand why this caused an issue for you when you specifically portion the joint yourself to suit your needs. Receiving two thinner joints instead significantly changes what you are able to do with the product.
We are especially sorry to hear that this experience has now made you reluctant to order your Christmas sirloin and ham from us. We certainly would not want one disappointing order to affect the confidence you have built in DukesHill over the years.

I’ve ordered items quite a few times from Dukes Hill and have always been impressed by the quality of the food, the rigour of the packaging and the speed and predictability of the delivery. On one occasion when the delivery company messed up, I contacted DukesHill and they were very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and their products.

Quality meats.
The quality of the food is always first class and value for money.
I favour it over supermarkets as I live on my own I have access to better quality meats and ingredients and I can buy a baby ham sufficient for my needs.

I am obsessed with the smoked streaky…
I am obsessed with the smoked streaky bacon and cannot get enough of it! It is SO tasty, no white gunk and crisps up really quickly. I literally wont buy any other bacon now.
Marvellous in a Brioche Bun and ketchup. As with all deliveries from DukesHill. Arrived on time, brilliantly packaged. We re-use the cold packs a lot at home for loads of things.

Superb quality of food
Superb quality of food only let down is delivery which they might want to re visit anything going through the Wolverhampton depot of DPD is doomed one delivery failed to materialise despite being perishable.
Replacement sent but arrived with an item missing.

Without exception, all were delicious. The ordering system is easy and delivery on a chosen date is so convenient. One website improvement suggestion would be the ability to filter freezable items from non freezable?
