Ordered sideboard over phone as website not allowing me to. They made a complete mess of it despite various calls. Sideboard now out of stock!!!

We regularly update our stock to keep our designs new and exciting, the reason why the sideboard you were interested in has been out of stock could be due to its being phased out if it was a design we've had for quite some time.

Terrible
Terrible service. Was advised I was receiving the goods I ordered between 7am-9am for which I took a morning off work for; at 10am I called to check with delivery people as no goods received only to be told the goods hadn't even been dispatched to them. Had to make another, seperate phone call to Dwell. No proper explanation or apology was given. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which, apparently takes 5-10 working days, despite the fact that the money was taken straight from my account when I paid for the goods. As I write, I still haven't received my money back. I have since found the same goods cheaper from a more efficient company. Dwell are awful, do not use.

Refunds are dependant on how quickly your bank processes these and not how quickly we process them as I can see this was actioned and sent already, if this is still not showing in your account we would recommend contacting your bank about this, we would be more than happy to assist with a refund confirmation letter if needed. Bought a sofa back on 2017 and had…
Bought a sofa back on 2017 and had problems with it straight away, was given a replacement and then had the same issues but held on to it. Now it’s getting really bad and they are saying the warranty is only for 15 years for new sofas not from when I bought. Appalling service for a company that is really expensive!

Lovely but chipped!
Love this piece of furniture, it looks lovely and assembly instructions were good. However, two small chips in the wood are visible, which I didn't notice until I had almost finished assembling it. Not worth sending it back just for that but a bit disappointing.

Ordered my items and was given a time slot between 15.00 -17.00 Driver called fairly late Friday night delivery was for Saturday to advise he would be delivering between 7-7.30am accepted this he didn’t show Called him and he said he had been sent. To Perth and someone should have called, this never happened He said he would deliver between 9 - 9.15 this didn’t happen either Eventually arrived at9.45- 10.00 Buy a lot from Dwell always good quality and this was no exception After sales service not good Got out of bed at 6.30 on a Saturday had I been given a 7.00 - 7.30 initially and my items were delivered within the timeframe it would be all good

The delivery company sent me an email with the time slot of 2 hours which was 15.00 - 17.00 The driver called to notify of the change so I was available Dwell should question why drivers are able to contact the customer the night before delivery with time that didnt happen A call to say they are on the way is all that is required

Please note any delivery conducted by our delivery team has a delivery window of 7am until 6pm. This would have been highlighted and made apparent to yourself when you received the notification to prompt a delivery booking.
Any shorten time provided to yourself by the driver is simply a courtesy call to provide an estimate, subjected to change depending on their days progress. In future purchases, we would urge you to make yourself availabe on the date that you selected.
