Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Shropshire Avis 

Chap who keep to give me quote to change a old stop tap which was connected to lead pipe was pleasant friendly but the quote was not so friendly it was £610.So I got another quote from local plumber who quote for the same job £180.

The Team were fast to respond with an Engineer visiting my property the same day, to discuss the various options. I subsequently received a very competitive quote with an appointment booked with the work carried out shortly afterwards. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A fast, professional service! The Plummer arrived, evaluated what needed doing and which parts were required. Dyno sent me a quote and I was able to immediately book an appointment on the telephone for the Plumber to return a few days later. The same Plummer returned, was very polite, friendly and considerate…even putting covers over his shoes to protect my carpet! I couldn’t have wished for a more pleasant and helpful service. Deserve o stars. Lied about getting my mobile number wrong from insurance company and lied just now in there response about me cancelling appointment when I never, and then they never turned up to all day appointment. Hopefully they will appear on BBC watchdog soon. British gas will not be impressed and when they investigate the phone call will find I contacted out of hours to find out why they failed to turn up to all day appointment rather than trying to be clever by claiming I cancelled it ! They terminate your phone call too as they don't like simple conversation. Uncaring and unprofessional company. I felt discriminated too due to the aggressive call handler, and the lack of accountability as they do not have a complaints system either!

They were helpful and explained every that we asked of them. Found leak within a few minutes and sorted and tidied up after themselves.

The engineer was friendly, punctual, kept us in the loop, didn’t try to overcharge, gave some helpful advice.

He called to give me a 10mins heads up, which was really helpful due to mobility issues from chronic illness flare-ups making it take a while for me to get to the front door without help.

Paying was super simple (texted a link, got it instantly, 2 taps of Apple Pay and that was it), probably done in under 2 minutes.

Andy from Dyno Rod , is spot on , very hard worker . Been coming out for a few months south staffs first . I had a water leak and luckily had homeserve which Dyno rod cover yes they had to come out a couple of times but that was too do with the heat and tarmac.

So easy to book online and choose your preferred data and time and what you need to book for. Did the online booking Friday and they turned up Monday as booked. Did the job efficiently and took away the waste.

Ben was called out on a big blockage which was an emergency. He really went above and beyond. Very hard working very polite and cleaned up after a very dirty job. A credit to the company.

Jack visited my property to repair a leaking pipe.

He phoned me in advance to give notice of his arrival which was much appreciated.

He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He fixed the leaking pipe.

Joseph came to investigate a knocking sound in the pipes along with a tap that wouldn't turn off without a struggle. He found the issue and went off to get the parts needed. He ended up being faced with a much bigger job than expected but kept me informed at every stage. I cannot recommend Joseph enough or praise him too highly. He was courteous and professional throughout. Wonderful manners. Very knowledgeable. I felt at ease knowing he knew what to do. He is an absolute credit to Dyno Rod. A real (five) star! Refitted a shower told us the power head was causing the problem so tpld him to change it and did a great job

On the morning of Thursday, 2nd July 26, my coming 88 year old mother came down to find water on the kitchen surface, brown water patches on part of the kitchen ceiling and part lounge. This caused my mother distress being on her own at the time. She went backup stairs to find the landing carpet sodden and water coming from the airing cupboard.
Following an urgent call going into British gas due to home care cover 400, my mother's age and being on the priority register, a follow up call to Dyno rod for expected time of arrival, Chris Johnson arrived as his next appointment. He turned the water off and easily detected that the plastic water filter had gone causing the water damage. He did his best to help and left my mother feeling safe and reassured whilst on her own.
