Extra fee of 0.50€ per order is just a mockery. That means that if you choose to make several orders within the week, although they will deliver everything more or less at the same time, you will be charged several 0.50€. It's a pure fraud!!!

Δυστυχώς μας κοροϊδεύουν μέσα στα μούτρα μας παραγγέλνεις κάτι και στο φέρνουν μετά από μια εβδομάδα ενώ γράφουνε ότι είναι άμεσα παραδοτέο ντροπη τους να κοροϊδεύουν τον κοσμο. Όσο για το χαράτσι που εφάρμοσαν των 50 λεπτών το θεωρώ απογοητευτικό να το φορτώνουν στον καταναλωτή και καλά για να διατηρήσουν τις καλύτερες τιμές αίσχος από την πλευρά τους αυτό με μια λέξη χαρακτηρίζεται θράσος είναι η τελευταία φορά που ψωνίζω από αυτός

Παραγγελία μου από 29/11 μέχρι τις 9/12 βρίσκεται ακόμα στη συγκέντρωση προϊόντων δίχως καμία ενημέρωση από τη διακίνηση ή πρόβλεψη παράδοσης σε συνέχεια τηλεφωνικής μου επικοινωνίας.
Μάλλον το πάνε για φούντο το μαγαζί

This is the last time doing business with them. Apparently I can't rate them on google anymore either which makes sense because their service and quality havo gone down the drain.
It has been 10 days since I ordered an item and it seems stuck with them. no order updates no emails or anything. The item has never left their facilities. I have called them 3 times only to be met with reluctancy and a not-much-I-can-do attitude. They oversold products they didn't really carry is my guess, and its a guess because nobody really cares to explain what's going on.

Έχω κάνει μια παραγγελία από τις 17 του μηνός και ακόμα είναι στην συγκέντρωση προϊόντων και δεν έχει σταλθεί καν ,πολλές φορές που προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω δεν μ το σήκωναν , όταν το σήκωσαν είχαν την δικαιολογία λόγω φόρτου εργασίας που όταν ξεκίνησε η καραντίνα έκανα παραγγελίες και έρχονταν πιο γρήγορα χωρίς κανένα θέμα . Επίσης το τραγικό στο προϊόν γράφει δίπλα άμεσα ΔΙΑΘΕΣΙΜΟ . Μεγάλο Ψέμα και έχω προπληρώσει και περιμένω ακόμα και δεν έχει σταλθεί . Μου στείλαν εμαιλ και χρησιμοποίησαν την κλασική δικαιολογία και δεν έχει σταλθεί καν ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΑΠΛΑ

Stay away!!! We purchased a ceiling fan which broke a week after installing it. When contacting e-shop they said the service would take 3-4 days and asked us to take the fan to their store. There we were told there is no eshop service in the city and that it would take up to 2 weeks if it had to go to the manufacturer which it did. There was zero communication from e-shop for weeks. After calling we were told it was repaired and we could pick it up only to arrive at the store and be told it was not there yet. Once returned to us we tried to reinstall it to find out there is a piece missing which they have now been trying to find for the past 2 days..Throughout this customer service and communication is unacceptable. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they refuse to provide one. It's now almost 2 months from purchasing the fan and we still don't have one.

They didn't inform me right about the cost of the shipment, they let me thought that is free

Unacceptable shop .. not e-shop!
I ordered a Logitech mouse on 25/2/2023,
and up to date 01/03/2023 the item has n o t been delivered yet!
The seller is located 20km away from the delivery point! AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SELLER !

Delayed order with no response although i contacted the call center 3 times over 40 days from the initial order (and the payment).

Αργη παραδοση και κακη πληροφορηση.
Το προτιμουσα γιατι ηταν on time και ευκολη η διαδικασια παραλαβης απο καταστημα οπως και οι πληρωμες.
Ειδικα για μια επιχειρηση να περιμενει aircondition η PC 20 μερες η ενα μηνα????

update 30/6/2023 μεγαλη βελτιωση μαλλον επεστρεψε το δυναμικο service!

BE AWARE!!
I ordered original apple fast charger 20W.
When arrived didn’t work. After research on web the charger was fake and not apple product !
I did have the same experience with apple earphones in the past. Now I am sure was fake too.
I was regular customer but now I will never buy again.

I really don’t know how the product we ordered was later out of stock when it was almost time for us to receive the package

Order placed on 9th of August, availability confirmed after about 10 minutes. As the progress of the order was stuck at Collection for 8 days, I have decided to call this morning to verify it. The response I got was that the model was out of stock... meaning NOBODY checked, or verified and realized that an order was pending for more than a week for an out of stock item even, while I was waiting in vain. The employee who said he would make a request to find out when the cell would be available again....I asked to be called back ASAP but after 9 hours (17/8 18:20) they are still "looking for" that info - apparently, because I did not receive an update until this moment. From what I understand, it is very difficult to find out in a company like this when a product will be in stock again ..... a big thanks to E-SHOP for the fruitless wait and the additional process that they put me through.

They steal the money from my order and they said that's normal

Very bad after sales Services warranty. 😕.Όλα καλά όταν αγοράζεις αλλά όταν είναι ελαττωματικό σε κοροϊδεύουν μήνες.

Two times I ordered, each time they asked more money for the deliver, as it was a bit further than they estimated in the initial delivery cost which I had already paid. Twice I ordered and twice the goods were not working. The mouse had no USB nano receiver. The charger had no cable either. They said its normal not to have a cable. I asked for a refund they said I should go to one of their shops in the centre of Athens. Horrible. Will never order again

First time I and the last one!
I deliberately ordered product that where in stock and the delivery time was 1-3 days. The products ended up not being in stock and I received my order 13 days after placing it.
No information was given, I had to try and catch them on phone with 18 people in line before me, the voicemail saying waiting time 4 minutes, hmmmm it wasn't.
No one apologized but used the snow storm as an excuse. All though the 3 days delivery was days before the storm came.

So, their site is not updated with the stock and no costumer service informs you of the delay of you order

- Terrible site that doesn't show the complete list of products available.

- Delayed for more than 2 weeks for parts that were all supposedly available according to their site. First they were waiting for X, then for Y, all the while both X and Y were shown as available in the time of order.

- Very poor collection of products (most of the popular choices are unavailable, regardless of what their site states).
