This was my first experience with this company. I don't think there will be a second.

Don't order anything if you need it quickly or if it's urgent. The service is not good. They are very slow to answer emails and delivery takes far too long by today's standards and they appear to have ignored or just didn't bother to read the delivery instructions meaning I had to re-send information three times.
Very frustrating and damaging to any trust I may have had in them.

Δεν απαντούν στα email σας, στα μηνύματά σας! 4 εβδομάδες και ακόμα δεν έλαβα την παραγγελία μου.

Would highly recommend, delivery was super fast. Will definitely order again in the future. Thanks again!

Order still in progress from 13 December 2020. They have received the total amount in advance. No answer in emails at all. They respond only to FB messenger chat after a few days but they don't even know when they will have the products in their warehouse. I have cancelled the order and demanded money back but still no confirmation from their side.

George. Heraklion. Waited for a super offer bass for a month. It was supposed to arrive in 7 business days! No reply to my email. Nothing on phone for sure...HORRIBLE!

Waited for a computer for 2 whole months. No reply to my emails, can't reach them by phone, terrible delivery timing.

NEVER AGAIN

Only reason I put 1 star is because I can't put half a star or 0 stars! 1 month for a delivery of a mobile phone and I will never order from them again.

Έκανα το λάθος να παραγγείλω 5 εξαρτήματα υπολογιστή σε προσφόρα και επέλεξα κιόλας τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία ως κάτι πιο έμπιστο. Η παραγγελία έγινε στις 30/11 και πληρώθηκε (ποσό άνω των 500 ευρώ) απευθείας απο κάρτα. Απο 5/12 δεν υπήρχε καμία εξέλιξη στην παραγγελία, θεώρησα θα αργήσει λόγω εορτών και κόβιντ. Λάθος μου. Κατέληξα να παίρνω τηλέφωνα μόνο για να μπω σε αναμονή και να στέλνω email χωρίς να παίρνω απάντηση.Κατάφερα σήμερα (20-01) να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά και μου είπαν πως ένα εξάρτημα δεν είναι πλεόν διαθέσιμο και είχαν το θράσσος να προτείνουν να πληρώσω και επιπλέον για παλαιότερο μόντελο. Αν δεν τους έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο αναρωτιέμαι που θα ήταν τα χρήματα μου. Φυσικά ακύρωσα όλη την παραγγελία με πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων (ευτυχώς).

I made the mistake to order 5 pc accessories during a discount and i specifically chose this company as a trustworthy one. The order was submitted on 30/11 and paid immediately via card (about 500$). Since 05/12 there had been no change or update with the order, I expected delays because of holidays and covid. My mistake. I ended up calling multiple times only to be put on hold and sending a few e-mails, getting no reply back. Today (20/01) I managed to get a hold of them via phone and they explained that one of the parts I had ordered wasn't available anymore and had the nerve to ask me to pay extra money for an older model. Had I not called I wonder where my money would end up. Of course, I cancelled the whole order and got a full refund (thankfully).

I have ordered 4 PC accessories since 27/11/2020 which were supposed to be available in 2-3 business days. The order status remained in the Order Check until 24/12/2020 where it turned out that the motherboard I ordered had just arrived while the RAM I chose was still missing. They offered me a different ram which of course was supposed to be immediately available and assured me that everything was now ready to be shipped to my house.

We have 05/01/2021 and the order status remains in the "collection of products" and they estimate that they will arrive at my house on 15/01/2021. And they had the nerves to charge me 4€ more due to the price difference of the ram they offered me.

Of course, I don't believe them and even if the keep their word, the overall order process time of something that should be shipped to my home in one week tops will be finally 35 business days. UNACCEPTABLE!

Do not make the mistake and get anything from e-shop.gr. Perhaps it is the worst in the Greek online market.

I ordered a cpu thermal paste named Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut. This product was expected 4 to 7 working days. I ordered on 8 December and today 28 December they didn't know when they will receive it (Last week they told me that 25 December they will receive it). Worst service ever. Will not buy again. Please consider other shops to fulfill your needs.

Waiting for an order for 4 weeks and not seems to be coming yet. No update from their side. Just waiting. When you call them they ask for understanding but they cannot tell you when your order is going to be delivered. Especially when you order and it says immediately available. Such a shame.

Δεν έχουν εγγύηση παιδιά, η εγγύηση τους είναι ένα αστείο. Έδωσα τον υπολογιστή μου για σέρβις με πρόβλημα που είχε στο hardware από όταν τον αγόρασα (και οι δυο του δίσκοι είχαν πρόβλημα), ήταν αγενεστατοι, μου είπαν ψέματα για το πρόβλημα, προφανώς και δεν το έφτιαξαν και χρεωθηκα κιόλας. Απαίσιοι. Δεν καταλαβαίνω πως είναι δυνατόν να υπάρχει κατάστημα με τέτοιες πρακτικές που ξεκάθαρα εξαπατά τον καταναλωτή.

really good. i'm loving their website! no 5 stars, primarily because there used to be bigger, let's say bolder, special offers in past years. customer service has been great in my experience, and consistently through the years.
they could do with a slightly bigger range of products, but that's a minor issue to me.

I've been using e-shop.gr for several years. Lately they've gotten in the habit of getting late with deliveries. I got a PC and it arrived after one month.

HOWEVER (and this is the reason of the 4 stars) I had a problem with the PC and it was because I connected something inappropriately. The support guy on the phone stayed with me after his normal working hours to help. After we closed, he apparently conferred with someone else and called me back to give me the solution to my issue. A big "well done" to that guy - he's the main reason I'll keep using e-shop.gr.

Κατά την παραγγελεία 1608041702118024516610 επιχείρησα αγορά με κάρτα δηλώνοντας παραλήπτη διαφορετικό πρόσωπο (τον πατέρα μου) το οποίο βρίσκεται και σε άλλη πόλη 500χλμ μακρυά. Το τι ζητάνε είναι αδιανόητο:

"Η παραγγελία σας βρίσκεται σε αναμονή προς αποστολή των δικαιολογητικών για την χρέωση της κάρτας σας. Τα δικαιολογητικά που χρειαζόμαστε είναι: η φωτοτυπία της κάρτας(με καλυμμένα τα τέσσερα τελευταία νούμερα της κάρτας) και της ταυτότητας του κατόχου (εμπρός πίσω). Σε περίπτωση που παραλήπτης είναι τρίτο άτομο θα πρέπει κατά την παραλαβή να έχει φωτοτυπία της ταυτότητάς του στην οποία να αναγράφεται ότι παραλαμβάνει την παραγγελία για λογαριασμό του κατόχου η οποία να είναι υπογραμμένη και από τους δύο."

Πρώτον ζητάνε τον αριθμό πιστωτικής με τα 4 τελευταία ψηφία καλυμένα. Αυτό για όποιον ξέρει από ηλεκτρονικές συναλλαγές είναι απαράδεκτο και αντιτίθεται στις πρακτικές ασφαλείας καθώς η κάθε πύλη πληρωμών (mastercard/visa) επιστρέφει στον κάθε e-πωλητή τα 4 τελευταία ψηφία της κάρτας του αγοραστή και ΜΟΝΟ. Και αυτό σαν σημείο αναφοράς της συναλλαγής. Είναι πάγια πρακτική ασφαλείας ο κο πωλητής ποτέ να μην έχει επαρκή (ούτε καν τα βασικά) στοιχεία της κάρτας για αποφυγή διαρροών. Για περισσότερα μπορείτε να το κοιτάξετε ψάχνωντας για PCI compliance που είναι νομοθετικά απαραίτητο στην EU για ονλινε πωλήσεις.

Δεύτερον είναι αδύνατον να βρεθώ με τον παραλήπτη ο οποίος βρίσκεται 500χλμ μακρυά για να συνυπογράψουμε στην ταυτότητα του.. Αδιανόητο πραγματικα.

Τρίτον, καλώντας στο λογιστήριο η απάντηση ήταν ας έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο να δούμε αν λύνεται λές και τους ζητάω χάρη κατά την αγορά προϊόντων από το κατάστημα τους.

Ο άνρθωπος που διαχειρίζεται το online e-shop & online customer experience πρέπει να είναι πρώην ιδιοκτήτης τοπικού μπακάλικου, δεν εξηγείται αλλιώς.

Απλά απαράδεκτοι και εμπειρία/επαγγελματισμός μηδέν!
