They had what I needed. I've come to trust Eastwood products, never a bad product.

Horrible experience. There video said to paint color at 15 PSI. Got horrible orange peel. After research found out the paint should be painted at 25-30 PSI. Reported issue. After weeks they finally admitted 15 PSI was wrong but no reimbursement. Had to sand everything down again taking ours and buy a second gallon of color. Ran into another nightmare on clear. Activator says 70-80 degrees. However, black paint in the sun gets way hotter than outside air temp. Horrible orange peel again. For a DIY shop they are not providing anything close to needed instructions and some instructions are flat out wrong. Avoid!

I purchased an engine picker hoist and rotating engine stand at the Parma, Ohio store.
Great experience. Three different folks assisted me all very pleasant and able to load these boxes of steel into my truck!
The next day I assembled everything and put them to use.

Product arrived in a timely manner. Satisfied with color and timing.

Trying to buy a paint gun, put my order in, got a message wanting for shipping quote, after 3 days I get shipping quote, I reply ship it. The next day I replied please ship the paint gun. I am still waiting for a reply

Your site is very confusing. Keeps flashing up $10 and S15 off if I spend so much. Keeps flashing Cookies accept. Draws you away from placing orders. FINALLY got my order place without any kind rebate. If tried the chat and they couldnt locate what I had saw earlier. After I placed orders I start getting emails about product price reduction on stuff I ordered

First time ordering from this company. Items shipped right away. Haven't had a chance to install the parts in our sandblaster yet but will update if there are any issues.

Ordered tools over 10 days ago, have not received shipping notification. The order status shows "processing". Eastwood sends me emails asking for a review. NOT impressed! If I ever receive the items I have purchased this will likely be my last order from Eastwood.

I got the product I ordered, at a reasonable price. It was delivered on time, and works like it should.

Nope. Just nope. Eastwood sells things they don't have and charges you. Ten days later, they cancel the order. I haven't seen a refund yet.... I see no reason to ever buy from there again.

Ordered a Yost Model 436608 97" x 4" Cutting Guide (SKU: 56598). Item was on backorder and they said I would get a notification when it shipped (not IF it shipped). A few days later I was notified that the item was cancelled and was refunded. Based on other reviews here I see I'm not the only one this has happened to, either. I gave them two stars only because I do understand "things happen". Also, like other have reported here: I am getting almost daily emails asking to review them. So...here they go!

Ordered a drill press on a great deal and paid for it. Company charged my credit card and informed me it was on back order but would ship.

A week later they cancelled my order.

Do not trust them.

Ordered item. Waited along time for item to ship. Guess what? Item was cancelled. Don't waste your time trying to order here.... Wish I had read the reviews on other sites before trying to order!

After an online coupon for free shipping incorrectly marked the cart with free shipping (after entering all shipping info and selecting the shipping where it calculates the cost) then charged for shipping upon PayPal checkout, customer service said over the phone that they would refund the cost of shipping but went back on their word via email and said they would no longer be refunding what they said they would. Not a great situation to be in.

3.6 stars but I rounded. I love their products - I am not aware of anyone in classic car restoration parts and supplies that is this consistently good. They are very expensive and shipping seems much slower, but I have never had a quality issue. 100%. The "missing star" - they keep bugging me for reviews via texts and emails. If I visit their site for any reason, I get a text asking for a review. I even think they are stalking me in online chatrooms. Eastwood - every time marketing says customers like more "touches", cut their budget by 20%.
