Great Service
From the point of purchase to the delivery I felt I was kept up to date of the progress and was at ease knowing everything was under control. I will happily use these guys again when looking for AV equipment. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Eastwood Sound & Vision show how thigs should be done. Fast and efficient
I ordered an item Saturday night. The order was processed and delivered a few days later on Wednesday. It came direct from a UK distributor to get it to me quicker. I really can’t complain.

Misleading website and not working products
Lied they have the item in stock then i had to wait 2 weeks until received it and now it don't work they told me check with the manufacturer why that might be. Looks like it's a dropshiping company that's why they lie on their website about having it in stock. Don't know why sent me bunch of emails pushing to leave review knowing there is nothing good to say so far!

We try to keep a lot of items in stock but as I'm sure you can appreciate we can't keep every product we sell in stock with us so we rely on our supply chain to have these items in stock for us. You were emailed at the time of your order letting you know this item was not in stock, however we do apologise it took longer than we realised to come in.
On this occasion your item was not faulty but was not compatible with your camera so we accepted your return for a full refund. We send customers to speak directly with the manufacturer as they can often advise you better with any issues you may be having.
