Easy M&G Luton 

For the last six years, I've relied on this company for meet and greet services because they consistently offer the best rates. My experience has been hassle-free. While there were times I waited longer than desired for my car, the drop-off process was consistently swift and efficient.

I have used these guys for the past 6 years as they somehow always managed to have a better price for meet and greet. Had no problems at all. Sometimes had to wait for my car a little longer than I wished but drop offs were always quick.

Do not use !
I wish I had seen the earlier reviews before booking with this company. I have used meet and greet services at all London airports for over 20 years without any real problems and indeed have used other providers at Luton with no issues.
On arrival at the airport early Sunday morning, so not a busy time, it took 30 minutes of waiting before being able to hand over the car . On our return it took almost 1 hour before they told us our car was available ......it wasn't our car !!! Eventually they drove us back to their base in Luton to collect our car ( totally the wrong direction for us !)
The web site company through whom we booked claim they are only an agent, the provider just ignores any contact . In future I will definitely avoid any dealings with companies in the " easy meet and greet " group.

I booked through easymeetandgreetluton.co.uk and was unaware that this would not be the company who dealt with my car. However, they are only a booking agent and all parking is dealt with by Luton 247.

Our car was involved in a car accident between the meet and greet driver and a 3rd party. It has taken 26 days to recover the car after the accident as Luton 247 have been uncontactable. Our car has been recovered by our insurance company and the car radio and car seats are missing from the car. I am totally disgusted with how we have been treated and hope no one uses this company again. It totally ruined our family holiday.

I contacted easy meet and greet to ask them for help when I could not get in touch with Luton 247 and they were not interested. In fact they told me it is not there problem.

I booked with East Meet and Greet Luton in June 2017.

I was in rush when I dropped my car off, so I would normally check the car over with the driver that was taking it.

When I had returned, my car had one really badly scuffed wheel on the rear and one dent on the front. I pointed this out to the driver and explained to him that my car only had the wheels refurbished a few weeks before due to sale of car.

He explained it was like this and they had photos.

I can only stress that if you use these companies, get photos when you drop off of any marks and just general parts of the car. If they take your car and damaged it just after you drop it off, they can take photos and say it was already like this. This is what has happened to myself. So please beware of these companies and make sure any damage is documented beforehand.
