A fraudulent company that cannot handle duplicate charge issues.

Easytrip simply does not handle duplicate charge issues at all.
Within one month, I was charged four times repeatedly. I submitted a complaint by email and was told it would be processed within 30 days.
However, two months have passed and I still have not received any refund.
This is a fraudulent company.
They are scamming users out of their money.

Run run run as far away from them, they are a broad daylight scam, if I could give them zero star that would even be too generous as they don’t deserve one. I was broken down called them and this guy told me it will cost me €500 to come out because my car is out of NCT and only covered within 20km. I asked him where exactly does it say on the terms and conditions does as I have it in front of me, he said he doesn’t know, yet they advertise as “nationwide” rescue.

Exceptional Customer Service

I rarely have contact Easytrip Customer Service. I had to do so this week. I found the service OUTSTANDING and my issue resolved so quickly efficiently and professional. Exceptional Customer Service from Mauricio. He is a credit to himself his Family and Easytrip. I hope he is appreciated by management and colleagues. Thank yiu soo much

Abysmal customer service

I downloaded Easy trip to pay for parking in Stillorgan shopping centre when they started charging for parking because I don’t always have cash to use the machines. That was an almighty mistake. What I didn’t realise was they automatically top up your account when it gets low and the minimum auto top up amount is €10. I emailed customer service to ask if they could remove the auto top up as I’d rather manually top up my account when needed. I then received a very snarky response telling me that it automatically tops up (information I already knew and had stated I understood was how the app works but after googling it, google stated this function could be turned off my emailing customer service) I went back and explained I wasn’t satisfied with that and received back yet another extremely unhelpful reply. So I now have €15 sitting in the app that I don’t want to use for fear they’ll take another €10. The customer service received was absolutely abysmal & as someone who worked in customer service for years & knows how easy it is to help customers in situations like these I would say their customer service is completely unacceptable.

I would like to give 0 stars but not an option. This company have Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown listed for parking. I downloaded the app pad €10 deposit and €11 for all day parking. The carkpark security staff told me that there is no app approved for visitor parking at the hospital so I then had to pay again at the meter. The company are refusing to return the €21 I paid in good faith saying there's a parking tag on have to biy, nowhere was i advised of this. Shocking that a company can do this at a hospital where people are already distressed visiting people who are ill, shame on them

Taking money for a car we haven't owned in years

Easytrip has been taking money from our account since February having sent back tags and moved to eflow years ago. They said payments were for an old car - which we sold years ago and that they have no note of us sending back the tags. I asked if I got them proof that the car was sold years ago would they return the money and was basically told no, there was absolutely no guarantee that they would return it even with proof. I would recommend that you stay well clear of them and do not sign up with them. If I could give them no stars I would.

Double charge for parking

I put up a review on July 1st 2025 re double charging for parking on June 1st. Two months later I still haven’t heard anything from Easytrip. I notice that Easytrip has responded to some of the reviews on here but so far my review seems to have been ignored. Can someone please get back to me and explain why I was charged at the exit even though I had taken a ticket at entry and paid at the ticket machine before going to my car. Your website clearly states that your tag won't be charged if you take a ticket upon entry. Is the information on your website misleading your customers?

my company have about 5 tags with them…

my company have about 5 tags with them , we got rid of one car nearly 4 years ago and sent tag by registered post.. enen though the tag was not been use they continued to charge .. they offered a breakdown on one of the other cars as compensation when thet were found out.. They said the manager would contact us yesterday, no contact they seemed to have shut down our account even though we are over 100 in credit.. when you get through press 2 and it just keeps giving you a message

If you want to lose your money and have sleepless nights dealing with unprofessional people, this is the company that will make you feel disrespected.
I paid for a flight of £1084, but it's a scam! They sent an email saying they needed to check "details" about the booking, but then tried to extort another £385, which I refused to pay.
I requested a refund, and after more than 25 minutes of calling, they hung up. I called again and they refused to refund my money.
The company responds to emails with automated messages with links that don't work.
They mention a customer portal to request a refund, but there's no reservation in my name. I called TAP Portugal, and there were no reservations in my name either. TAP doesn't even recognize Easetryp.
I've spent over £600 on hotels so far, waiting for my refund, and they simply do nothing. I'm going to miss my son's birthday because they're obviously scammers!
The person speaking on the phone with an Indian accent seems to be answering the phone from a garage without any professionalism.
No apologies for the inconvenience yet!

Hidden Fees, Difficulties Cancelling Account, Condescending Customer Service

EasyTrip charges all kinds of hidden “Account Management” fees that are not shown on their Pricing web page (screenshot available). When I contacted them, they went in circles claiming that those were not “hidden fees” because they are in some small print “T&Cs linked to at the bottom of a page”. Maybe — but the pricing page only lists one monthly fee and none other! When I asked to cancel my account, they refused, telling me that I have to be called back by someone else in a few days time. When I asked to be put through to the cancellation team, they refused. When I asked to talk to someone to make a complaint, I was told their procedure does not allow that, and that someone will call me back in a few days time. They have also ignored several of my emails and a submission using their web form. EasyTrip are no longer trustworthy — I have been their customer for almost 20 years, and I do not deserve their condescending attitude. I have complained to the Irish regulator, TII, but hopefully this post will help others realise there are many hidden fees that EasyTrip do not clearly advertise. I have asked for refund, but I doubt I will get anything back.

I cannot top up with any debit…

I simply cannot top up with any debit card, they blame Global Payments, but this doesn’t happen with other companies. I used to have it done automatically, but blame is also put on Global Payments

Horrible Experience using Easy Trip
Never trust them, Tried to book flight with them, Got charged my credit card and booking went successful on their site but got email that booking is declined
next morning they send email that fair is not available and i have to pay more, after many ping pong emails, i asked for refund and they didn’t refund the full amount and charged for adjustment but in reality nothing was booked nor any ticket got issued
Still calling them but they don’t provide any explanation neither refund
my Trip has got delayed and i have lost my money and frustration through talking with call center is another stress.
They are just playing games and misleading people
Honestly Givernment should look into this and identify and ban such fraudulent travel companies
I am going to lodge a case against then through citizen portal and encourage others who have lost their money to do same.

Charged for trips not made.

I just found some M50 trips on my account. I haven’t been on the M50 in at least a month.
I’ve immediately cancelled the tags, but
I have to go through all my bills now and check if any of is actually correct.
Something very dodgy is going on here.
I don’t know how long this has been going on.
Be very wary of Easytrip. Double check your bills.

Be very careful with these guys. The double charged me despite already paying at the hotel. I had removed my tag but they still overcharged me 88€ as they read my plate, and wouldn’t even acknowledge my customer complaint.

Easytrip Smart tag parking overcharge

Due to Easytrip's smart tag parking system not working correctly I was significantly overcharged. Easytrip admitted to this. I have been fighting them to get a refund for 6 months now!! Each and every time being told they are looking into it, processing my refund, contacting QPARK, blah blah excuses excuses, incompetence, thievery. Absolute disgrace.

Predatory and borderline criminal

It should against the law to set up an account by app but you have to speak by phone twice to close. In the call to close then told I must wait for a call before the account is closed. Meanwhile I am charged full daily rate at parking where I have discount. I will be filing a report with the authorities.
