Still didn't receive new order
Still didn't receive new order, for previous I've been charged twice. Contacted via email... no respond, no customer service whatsoever. The only extra star is for having good products and sometimes delivering them within fair time.

I still haven’t received my item which I paid next day delivery for. I’ve tried calling and sent an email and message but had no answer back.

Could be better communication
Update: product arrived today so changed star to suit, still could have given me the heads up or responded to emails then there wouldn't have been an issue...... Ordered on the 26/10/22 and received confirmation email stating 2-3 days delivery. Have not heard anything further since despite me emailing them 3 times asking for an update. I appreciate there can be delays but at least let the customer know.

Awful quality of service and customer service
The company used Evri for the delivery. My item was supposed to come within 7 days. I sent an email to Echo to ask what was happening with my delivery and received no response.
The Evri driver turned up with my item 10 days after the order date with no prior notice so there was no one available to receive it. They are now charging me £1.50 to redeliver.
I will not use Echo Supplements again. Awful quality of service and customer service.

Customer service is crap
Customer service is crap, I paid next day delivery the product still hasn’t arrived and I order it on Wednesday. Have tried calling countless times but never had anyone answer. Never buy from here!!!
