Lee came out to assess our sofa. He was very Covid aware and had a mask on all the time. Phoned before to confirm when he would arrive. Very knowledgeable, and just a genuinely nice guy!

Efficient, hassle free service
I received a text the night before to confirm the time of visit and Lee called to check we were available beforehand. Very COVID aware, Lee wore a mask throughout and explained what he was doing as he looked at our damaged sofa. Lee was able to sort the issue in a few minutes. Very good!

Lee called to say he was on his way, he removed his shoes as we have a newish carpet. He was very polite and knowledgeable regarding checking our mattress. Followed covid guidelines. Thanks again :)

Lee was amazing, called before arrival followed covid guidelines, wiped his feet on the way in. He was very polite down to earth and knew exactly what to, couldn't recommend him enough, would welcome him back in to our home any time!

All round good service from Michael at Ecomaster
Just had Ecomaster technician round to repair a drawer in our John Lewis bedstead. Michael called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly at the time he said. On looking at the bed he immediately knew what the problem was and set about fixing it. The drawer was soon repaired and Michael re-assured me the problem wont occur again.
Very pleased with every aspect of the service and Michael was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Martin gave plenty of notice of his arrival. He diagnosed the problem with the Ikea mattress straight away and immediately repaired same. He was brilliant! It was sorted within half an hour.
He was covid safe and mindful of our presence all the while. Recommend Ecomaster (and Martin) anytime.

Ben is highly recommended.
Ben came to evaluate my Simba mattress under the 10 year guarantee. He is extremely highly qualified for the job, being an intelligent professional upholsterer.
He did a marvellous job of remaking the mattress in about 30-40 minutes, and it’s now as good as new.
