The agent lied about where the mattress was used by saying it was used on a bunk bed on which it doesnt at all fit.
He never found it on a bank bed and I am wondering why he could lie in his report.
I warn everyone to watch out about that company as they have people who dont tell the truth.

We have reviewed the report and our Technician has clearly indicated that the mattress was not in use at the time of his inspection, and that it was laid upon the bed in the room in which is was located, in order to assess. Ecomaster/Ecomoney grabbers

I was given Ecomaster contact number from HSL as I was wanting to replace my elderly mothers remote control for her riser recliner chair and wished I read these reviews from trust pilot first.I booked a technician through Ecomaster £48 call out charge already informing them that I was 99.5% certain that all I needed was a new remote but excepted they had to check and confirm the right remote model.The technician came in a small hatch back and confirmed it was a new remote that was needed and hadn’t come with no spare remotes total waste of time. A week passed no response from Ecomaster or the technician so I contacted them airing my anger at how they have stolen £48 from a 90 year old lady who desperately relies on this chair no apology from them just that they are awaiting the report from technician and they will email me. Surprisingly to date no email or contact from these cowboys do not waste your time or money with these low life’s

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you have received. During the initial call out our Technician will run diagnostic checks and verify the fault and parts required. Unfortunately, whilst we do carry an extensive range of van stocked parts, in this instance, as is the case with some of the older model recliners, the Technician did not have the part on his van and we need to confirm availability with the manufacturer. We apologise that this is taking longer than expected but some of our suppliers are working reduced hours due to the lockdown. We understand the urgency in getting this resolved for you and our Customer Service Team will be in contact later today with a further update.

Great service after couple of hiccups

After a few problems getting the right parts, Claire in the office and Michael the technician demonstrated great customer service and skill in effecting repairs to my elderly mother's self rising chair & sofa.
Covid compliant practices followed throughout and Michael has top inter personal skills when dealing with an elderly and vulnerable customer.

I can only speak as I find

We had Ben turn up yesterday as we have problems with a mattress. It was an appt made through John Lewis.
He rang to let us know he was 30 mins away.
He was polite from the outset.
He removed his shoes in the porch. It wasn’t necessary as I’m about to have building work done, but it was noted and much appreciated.
He wore PPE throughout.
He checked how level the mattress is from several angles.
I got on to show him where I found the problems. He watched me struggle ( to get a sense of the issue )
When I got off , he asked if he could lay on the bed. He did so and this confirmed even more so the issues.
I have had a call from John Lewis today stating they have read the report, and I can have a refund or another mattress.

Michael attended my property today...

Michael attended my property today checking over my mattress. He was really quick & efficient. He wore the correct PPE and even gave me tips on how to get the mud off my own shoes off the carpet haha! (He took his off at the door, I should of took mine off too lol)
