I couldn’t be more impressed with the service that Adam gave to us on his trip to Cumbria. He phoned in advance so we knew when to expect him and he was COVID aware at all times. He managed to fix our sofa astonishingly well and was polite and informative at all times. He really is a credit to EcoMaster.

Martin from Ecomaster quickly remedied the problem with my faulty sofa leg. He was highly professional and courteous throughout, taking time to explain the problem and the solution. The job was completed quickly and to my great satisfaction.

We had a fault on our mattress evaluated. The technicians called us when they were on their way. They and arrived on time and wore protective gear. They evaluated the fault swiftly.
I cannot fault them.

Lee from eco master came to review a product that I had bought, he called before arriving, showed me his ID, came wearing all the necessary Ppe with COVID in mind, looked at my product and accessed it professionally, was kind and polite and overall very approachable!

Lee inspected our corner sofa as we had loads of problems with it. Was very helpful and covid protection, he agreed our sofa was unusable and very happy to report we have had a refund and uplift has been arranged. Very happy with his work.

Always had good service with this company, they kept me informed with visiting times etc, lad called Lee txt to let me know he was on his was way, very efficient appeared with his PPE on and was in took pictures and out with minimal fuss top bloke 👍
