Enrolled in wrong course. Contacted customer service. Customer service said that they could not change the course from Java to JavaScript. You are at 14 days had you contacted us at day 13 maybe, day 14 NO. I called and left a message a week ago! Customer service- we don't care about you, we got paid your out of luck. DO NOT ENROLL!
I enrolled in a continuing ed. course through NSCC/ED2GO. I paid approx. 2700.00 dollars for this course. I am 65, disabled and unemployed. The reason I chose this course is because it is approved by the Mass dept. of unemployment for unemployment benefits extensions. I am required to login and complete a minimum of 20 hours of course work a week to maintain benefits thru this extension. It's now been 4 days, 3 support tickets and 3 support phone calls trying to get my user account login information for the course. I still haven't received a single response from any at NSMC or their proxy ED2Go. As a taxpaying citizen I really find this sort of unprofessional behavior reprehensible.
ED2Go has a 1.16 stars out of 5 on the BBB website.
It's parent company CENGAGE isn't accredited by the BBB at all. This should tell everyone, everything they need to know about these companies. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! BUT WILL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY?! YES! YES THEY WILL!

YOU WILL REGRET IT!
IT'S NOW BEEN 6 DAYS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION OR EVEN A MEANINGFUL ATTEMPT AT RESOLVING THE ISSUE.

This company is a total scam. I did a whole certificate through them and just found out that it's essentially useless. They call it "Peer Support Specialist" which is synonymous with the state program but offers none of the benefits. The fact that it's partnered with my university WMU is outrageous because it lent it credibility it doesn't deserve. DONT BE A FOOL LIKE ME! SAVE YOUR $$

Getting multiple emails off these daily now, despite clicking the unsubscribe button.
They've clearly bought a list of emails from somewhere and breaking GDPR by just signing people up to their services.
Will absolutely never use them.
