Mistake made, but rectified to our satisfaction
We had a discrepancy with our order initially, however, edecks worked really hard to rectify this issue which has now been resolved to our complete satisfaction. As a bonus, the delivery driver was really helpful - so thank you for that!

only one thing stopped a 5 rating
only one thing stopped a 5 rating. one of the roof frames(C) was badly warpped and made installation extremely difficult. Indeed we had to use braces(G) at the back rather than the front to stabilise that particular frame. a pity since it is a nice gazebo.

Pleased with my finishing product
I like the product. The instructions were easy to follow and the final finish looks great. Very pleased overall. My only gripe is that some of the timber had a few splits, knotty in places. But overall I am still satisfied with my purchase

Very quick delivery,driver was excellent.
Deck boards were a little bit wonky and knotty but no problem. Good value for money .

Short and sweet
It was a really brief experience, it has to be said: I purchased some goods online, then they were delivered. Short and sweet. Without doing the same with ten different companies I can't compare. But the website was excellent, zero trauma, full information at all times, and the product in the end looks superb although I have yet to use it. I would use them again.

We've ordered around 60sqm of decking from eDecks over the last 4 years and the service, communication and products are always excellent.
The decking looks great and at the price they charge it's definitely brilliant value!
I would recommend eDecks to friends and family, always been happy with the products and would always check their website first before I order anywhere else.

Only needed 4 deckboards to replace…
Only needed 4 deckboards to replace some cracked and broken ones. Spoke to Adam who was very knowledgeable and helpful... delivery within a week and the delivery driver very good too. Great service all round. Replacement deckboards now fitted. Would definitely recommend decks😁
