I came looking for a scooter I was led through the process and looked after the whole time. I have recently had a crash once again Eunice and Liz have helped me to get back on the road.

If I'm reviewing the Company then they get 3* for the complete mess around with my scooter having me drive a broken scooter, but if I'm reviewing Eunice then she gets 5* she's brilliant any probs I've had with my scooter she's managed to sort out for me, Eden itself is okay but you can't ever go wrong with Eunice if you need any help or advice 😁 Lovely lovely Lady 😊

We traded in a scooter for a power…
We traded in a scooter for a power chair at the Bolton store and both Eunice and Lucy were amazing from start to finish. They helped us find the correct chair which is absolutely brilliant. They were kind and helpful and very patient. Would definitely recommend Eden Mobility

I call into the Bolton office every…
I call into the Bolton office every Wednesday for my coffee and chat and Eunice has got to be by far the kindest helpful person not just to me but to all customers when I see other staff in the shop they are no where near as helpful and informational as Eunice is and she is a credit to the Eden company

Eunice is a gem!
Eunice is a wonderful lady who helped my partner to arrange a visit for a power chair, as well as finding an appropriate walking stick in a pinch to help him get around. She is the most cheerful and most helpful member of staff I have come across and very welcoming.

I wanted to go to the Bolton Store on Newport St, Bolton and I told my son that I hoped the young woman who had served me several times with 2 Rollators, a bed and various other bits and pieces would still be there. She is and was just as helpful and pleasant as she always was. I wish all assistants were as good as she is. Her name is Eunice and I cannot praise her enough

Very disappointed
Went into Eden Mobility, treated excellently by on site staff member, ordered and paid for new steering wheel forks for our Eden wheelchair, told it would be a couple of days to arrive, over a week later heard nothing, called store and after a million questions told they would ring back, not heard a thing.
I know things go wrong at times but how about a little customer service

Lovely member of staff at Bolton
I came into the Bolton branch wanting some replacement parts for my wheelchair as the pavements are absolutely shocking and have broken part of an older wheelchair on an uneven paver. The lady we spoke with was Eunice and I can't praise her enough. She was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to. A real credit to your company.
