My mum has been looking to buy a mobility scooter. She found one she liked at Eden mobility in Chesterfield. She had problems with the finance app and went back today. Riley was very patient and very helpful. He couldn't do enough to help her. He is a very pleasant, kind and helpful young man.

My wife and I visited Eden Mobility in chesterfield to enquire about a wheelchair for my wife. We were welcomed by a pleasant young man Riley, who gave us advice for the right wheel chair to meet her needs. She tried several types of wheelchair and after listening to the advice from Riley we went home with a chair for the right price and met her needs thanks to the patience and help from Riley.

Extremely helpful staff
My dad and I went to the Chesterfield (Sheffield Road) branch. Unwittingly he initially chose the wrong device, thinking he knew what he needed.
He realised his mistake more or less straight away and went back to the store who couldn't have been any more helpful in resolving the issue. Thanks to Riley.
My advice to anyone, is to not assume and ensure you discuss your needs and have a practice in a realistic environment where the staff are only too willing to help.

Our first visit to Eden Mobility
This was our first visit to Eden Mobilty at The Glass Yard in Chesterfield. We were gathering information before purchase of a mobility scooter. We were made welcome, offered a drink and a comfortable chair before explaining our requirements to Riley Sverdloff. Such a patient listener. He has a wealth of product knowledge and guided us to several alternative scooters that would suit our needs. A very enjoyable experience.

Good selection, great service
Stopped by on a whim although my mother has been considering a newer scooter for some time. Riley asked about her needs and gave us three options that best suited her.
We ended up settling on something and it felt like we had a fair deal, my Mother managed to test drive all 3 scooters and we didnt feel any pressure to buy - we did because it was a good deal.

Riley in the ‘glass yard’ shop, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield, was outstanding in his customer service. He went above and beyond to help. He was very approachable and extremely well informed. He was able to answer all of our questions. Riley offered advice in a friendly, respectful manner but was not at all pushy.

Bought a new scooter and it has broke…
Bought a new scooter and it has broke down with a sudden jolt 3 times over bank holiday. I rang to explain and was told someone would ring me back. No phone call, so I rang again. Today I took the scooter out and it did the same thing. I have explained that I need the scooter. Very upset and disappointed. This was not a cheap scooter and I can't use it.

wonderful staff
I went in and described what kind of wheel chair i wanted and the member of staff new exactly what I wanted, he explained things really clearly and fully educated me on the wheel chair/ showed me how it works. he also put in a lot of effort into showing me lots of different types of wheelchairs!

Buying a foldable wheelchair
My sister and I were looking for a wheelchair for our elderly father . Riley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful , providing us with excellent service .He was friendly but professional and we trusted his opinion .We purchased a wheelchair which perfectly meets our father’s needs .

New lease of life
We recently bought my Dad an electric scooter Carol the lady who we delt with was very helpful and informative, we went to the shop in Chesterfield and Carol made it all very simple, the scooter arrived on time and it has given my Dad a new lease of life.

Our experience was exceptional
Our experience was exceptional, from the second we stepped foot into the shop until we left. Riley was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed and worked with us to find the best chair for my father-in-law. He was patient and understanding and allowed my father-in-law to feel listened to and valued.
