In the past i got my scooter from careco but i have called in at chesterfield and Riley was very friendly and knowledgable so i decided to buy my scooter from there..

Extremely friendly
Lisa and Sophia were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We tried the range of chairs and they worked with us to find the best fit for my father-in-law.

The first time in Eden mobility shop in Chesterfield we were served by Lisa & Sophia & even though the purchase was small the service we received was excellent, very polite & friendly.
We will definitely return when needing more disability items.

First time shopping there.
I recently visited Eden Mobility in Chesterfield for the 1st time on behalf of my Mum. The lady was called Lisa who served me and was very helpful and friendly. She even got me £10 off my 1st purchase, which my Mum was extremely grateful for. I will definitely shop there again.

I went into the shop in chesterfield. The lady there was Lisa .. I told her what I wanted . She asked me a few questions.she then showed me a scooter which suited my needs. I can’t praise her enough for the help and care she gave me

I wanted a stairlift
I wanted a stairlift, and I went into the Chesterfield Branch. Sophie was brilliant, informative and professional. I initially arranged for the survey, which was done in a couple of days. I decided to proceed and it was fitted, within 3 weeks, by Roy who was able to fit it by lunchtime. He also, explained the simple controls and procedure for using it. Highly delighted.

I got an electric powered wheelchair
I got an electric powered wheelchair, there service was great, the guy who delivered my chair was great and very helpful,
I had one little problem, but went into the shop in Stockport and I was sorted in the shop.
My chair is brilliant. Thank you for all your support.

This is my second Scooter from Eden…
This is my second Scooter from Eden Mobility, Chesterfield. Sophie Mosley who served me for both Scooters was friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable on Scooters, so far I’m really pleased with my new Scooter, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the part exchange value on my Scooter was too low considering I only had it 5 weeks and used only 4 times.

Mobility scooter purchase
I purchased a reconditioned Eden Roadmaster Plus on 22/5/25. I am very pleased with it. I had a consultation with the shop the previous week to confirm this choice. The Eden Mobility staff were all excellent. As a result, I am confident that I understand everything I need to know in order to use and maintain the scooter. Ted Baldwin

Amazing service and great prices
We called in to look at the rollators (4 wheeled walkers) and we were served by Carol and Sophie. They were incredibly helpful and had a great range of items. They were knowledgeable and were able to help pick exactly the right item and allowed my father use it in store to ensure it was the right choice for him.
Price was also great compared to other shops. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic staff members.
The ladies (Sophie and Lisa) in store are a credit to the company, very helpful and friendly. They understood what I was looking for and were able to direct me into which Mobility Scooter is the best for me. I have been able to have some extra days to think it over before fully committing to getting the Scooter.
