When i see Sophia she always makes me feel welcome and she always trys to sort out what problem I have we are still trying to sort it out and she is very understanding to we can also have a laugh why we wait for her to get through to engineers or customer services she is very lovely i have been many times so i have put the last time I went

My mother had a first class experience…
My mother had a first class experience in the derby branch today, Sophia ( store manager) showed my mum 4 different walkers with seats, explaining the difference between the four, it was a very relaxed experience and would be happy to recommend, we were just popping in to view them but ended up buying one, thank you so much for your help.

The staff are very friendly and will do everything possible to help. I needed parts for a wheelchair and they helped me to get what I weeded.

I was recommended to visit Eden Mobility by a colleague. It was honestly a cheerful yet professional experience. I spoke with Sophia and she honestly made my experience more relaxed, kind and not robotic. I would honestly recommend that you visit this store if looking for mobility products. Went into Eden Mobility yesterday with my sister. I just want to say how fabulous Larna was, she was very patient and took her time to explain to me all the technicalities of the scooters I was interested in. She offered us a hot drink, which was lovely. She’s an asset to your company and I would definitely recommend Eden Mobility.
