Shocking services when waiting on parts for mobilty scooter. 4 weeks nearly and still no confirmed date. No loan scooter offered either. Shocking service when a person cannot get out without it and paying the finance still. You state if the part will take time eden mobilty will provide a loan scooter to ensure you remain mobile. Not the case at all

Went in for a mobility scooter. Jamie was amazing, helped us consider our options through highlighting different merits of various scooters. He took time to answer our questions and clearly knew his stuff. It was reassuring to have someone who had so much knowledge. I would highly recommend visiting Eden Mobility, they can advise, order items in and go out of their way to help you have a positive experience.

We went into Eden Mobility in Grimsby & was served by Jamie Dawson, my husband needed a mobility scooter, we looked at a pre-owned Bootmaster Elite, Jamie didn’t do a hard sell, explained fully on how to take it apart & the full details, he was very friendly, we asked the questions on which he answered fully

I like shopping here as Jamie and Charlotte are very helpful if I need to enquire about anything I wish to buy. The store is in Victoria street Grimsby. My husband and myself have bought a few items here in the past few years. I bet we have spent thousands of pounds in that time.

having to have a new front steering completley renewed was a bit of a bind awaiting for new parts to arrive ...but..the end result fantastic cannot fault grimsby shop for all there help they gave me

Excellent service from all staff I spoke with at Eden Mobility, the first lady I spoke to was so polite and very easy to talk to. She took all details and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions I had. A second gentlemen man was also very polite and made things very easy to decide what I was going to go for with a motorbility scooter. The man that came to deliver my scooter was brilliant, he made sure I could use the scooter with no issues and made sure I could fold it down and get it into my house before leaving it with me, he answered all my questions and with me being younge made me feel better about having to use a mobility scooter. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been looking for a rise & recline chair online but was concious that I couldn’t tell the quality of the goods, and it’s a lot of money to lay out if you get the wrong one.
I’ve walked past this shop on a few occasions but my Anxiety always caused me to walk past. Today we finally made it in store. I wish now I had done it years ago. Jamie and Charlotte were so easy to talk too and immediately put me at ease. I explained my health issues and then tried two or three, out of probably 10 chairs that were on show, and was taken through all the various functions of each one. Jamie and Charlotte explained all the options for purchase and were so funny and chatty that we didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be returning when I need something else.

I burt a mobility scooter from here 4/ 10 /24 the man was very helpful to me
