Popped in today as I'd been messaging staff on Facebook about a powerchair I was interested in. Had a great visit with knowledgeable staff. Nick was good and chatty and my assistance dog was welcomed. So we placed an order and now hope the delivery is as smooth and professional.

I honestly didn’t know where to start…
I honestly didn’t know where to start when I needed to buy my new active-user wheelchair, so I contacted Eden Mobility in Scunthorpe. They sent Rob out to my home, and from that very first visit, I knew I was in good hands.
Rob took the time to really listen to everything I wanted and needed from my new chair. He carefully designed it with every little detail we had discussed, making sure it was exactly he right for me. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, which was incredibly reassuring.
When my chair was finally ready, Rob went above and beyond. As I was staying at my mum’s for a couple of days, he drove an incredible 110 miles from my home to deliver it to me there!
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new chair. Rob just got everything right, and I can’t thank him enough for all his care, patience and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Rob and Eden Mobility to anyone looking for a new wheelchair. If Rob is still there when I’m ready for my next one, he will absolutely be the only person I’d want to help me again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A really positive experience
A really positive experience, buying a mobility scooter for my mum and an electric wheelchair for my son. The salesman was kind and patient, and had teally good product knowledge. He was able to advise as to what would meet our needs the best. Was also super impressed that delivery of the scooters and collection of the old one was free of charge. Would definitely use again, thank you.

My father was thrown out of a mobility…
My father was thrown out of a mobility scooter sold to him by one of the employees from the scunthorpe branch of the Eden company. He only wanted to be able to have a few days out with his family and he was told the scooter was the right one for him not only was he badly hurt his confidence is shattered. After a mechanic was sent out by the firm to cut a long story short he said he should never have been sold this model Yet after complaining the head of Eden would take no action at all So before you think of getting anything at all for your loved ones please do not.

Irresponsible company
Purchased a mobility scooter and promised to come with a second battery. The scooter was delivered in Jun but the second battery is still pending as of 19 Aug. Without the back up battery, I need to cancel the planned trip! Absolutely disappointed and it is an irresponsible company.

First wheelchair experience
Went in to the Scunthorpe Store to get my first wheelchair and was helped by the lovely Diane, who was so helpful making sure i got a wheelchair that was right for my height and weight. I would highly recommend both the store and the staff. If i could give more than 5 star i would.

Great shop has everything
We brought our elderly mother into the Scunthorpe shop to look at some walking aids which she had been reluctant to get. Lovely shop and a really friendly young man assisted mum with what she needed. The first one she tried she decided to buy with no hesitation, we were amazed and she loves it. Would definitely recommend this shop

Nick was great I needed a reclining…
Nick was great I needed a reclining chair for the same day and I was no more than 20 minutes in the store he disassembled it packed Into my car with the help of another staff member. Great job

Perfect sales assistant
Diane who served me on Saturday afternoon when she was due to close shop was v good with me & my husband she was patient & understanding to our needs she didn’t seem as if she was fobbing us off like some sales assistants do she explained everything we needed to know about the scooter we purchased

Purchase of a power wheelchair
Visited the Scunthorpe Store to purchase a power wheelchair. Diane was very patient and showed us various models which I was able to test. I decided on one which we thought was best for me and ordered it on the day. Unfortunately there is a little waiting time but hopefully worth waiting for.
