four wheel walker
My friend bought a four wheel walker in January the brake wasn’t working so we took it back
The lady in the shop in Warrington and the lady tried to fix it and couldn’t so she said the policy was to get an engineer out to see what was wrong I asked if it wasn’t safe then she should replace it because if she sits on the seat it doesn’t stay still if she gets on the bus and the bus jerks it flies down the isle she said it’s not there policy
So she let her leave the shop with an unsafe walker we will never shop there again
And the phone number you have given us is for an insurance complaints company not your customer service department I hope we can get a full refund

Safety is something we take extremely seriously, and we understand how concerning it must have been to leave the store with a walker that wasn’t functioning properly. Our policy is to have our team of engineers repair our products as they are trained professionals and if the walker was unrepairable we would have quickly replaced it for your friend.
