Inadequate information and poor customer service. The score would have been even less if not for the quick response. After reading the information provided assuring of the products being from UK grass fed sources, I made an order which I anticipated using over a few weeks. It arrived defrosted with instructions to eat within 3 days and not to refreeze. Nowhere in the title or food description does it mention the meat is frozen. I sent a complaint to customer servicees to explain it's a huge waste for a single person only to be told the information can be found under 'storage'. No recompense or good will gesture only that they would try to ensure the information is more easily available. Not much use to me and I'm very disappointed

I ordered for the first time from Edenmoor after the company I had previously ordered from for many years went out of business. I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of Liz who answered all my questions very professionally. My order arrived, expertly packed and with quality products. I will most definitely order again and will recommend Edenmoor to others.

I buy the whole chicken breast frequently. It’s always reliable,far superior to the best supermarket chicken and frequently praised for its taste and texture by friends and family. Keep up the good. work!

Delivery and order as advertised

Order received promptly.
Sausages are delicious. Minimum fat and not over spiced.
Smoked haddock was the best I have tasted for some time. Lamb and mint burgers were excellent.

I spent £159 on steaks, livers and 1 cut of cheese.
I was placed at the end of the delivery run. 14 cuts of meat fully defrosted. Advise is to eat within two days.
I don't care if it was hot outside, it was hot when I ordered it so delivery should be on priority or delivered in better temp controlled packaging. I buy alot of meat online this was offically the most disappointing purchase I've made. Plus side was the meat itself was very good.

The parcel arrived on the date stated, perfectly packed with ice packs and bag. Thought the mince would have started to defrost in this heat but no, The chicken is delicious cooked very simple with new potatoes and the mince tastes like beef not the expensive mince stuff you buy from the supermarket. All in all exceptional quality

Very easy to navigate the website. Order arrived really quickly, very well packaged. So far had chicken breast, rib eye steak and mince….all top notch! Will definitely order again and try other items.

my only gripe is that the chilled box was left on our doorstep with no knock at the door or notification in very hot weather - thankfully freezer bags ensured that produce was fine

Excellent company with high ethical standards for their produce. If you eat meat you owe it to the animals to ensure they have had a good life and Edenmoor do this! Yes, it is more expensive but a small price to pay to ensure well cared for animals! The meat is delicious, the ordering process is straightforward and delivery is efficient. The meat is very well packed with plenty of ice packs ensuring that even in this exceptionally hot weather the meat is not compromised at all. 💯 recommend this company and their ethics 💚

What made my delivery great, was in the fact that it was very prompt. There is nothing to complain about. I will be using Edenmoor again. Thank you.

I highly recommend Edenmoor! Their farm products are always fresh, of exceptional quality, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the difference. Every order arrives on time, and the packaging is neat, secure, and keeps everything in perfect condition. It’s clear they take pride in both their products and their customer service. Terrible customer service. I was originally a customer of pipers farm but now it has switched to Edenmoor the customer service is terrible. I didn't receive my most recent order after receiving notification that it had been delivered, upon investigation the photo sent from edenmoor showed that the parcel had clearly been dumped outside my house my the side of the road and was no longer there. We have a bell on the gate and a very large parcel and post collection box imbedded in our gate post. On communication with customer service I was told that the parcel being dumped on the road was totally my fault as I hadn't left specific delivery instructions ..... surely deliver to the designated post box does not need instructions ??? I don't call Royal Mail, Amazon and all other deliveries saying please place in postbox obviously !
After a few emails I just gave up and stood to the cost of my order, over £100 and put it down to experience and after been a loyal and regular customer for over 2 years I will not be using them again. It was not the delivery that was upset me it was the way customer service treated me saying it was my fault when the parcel had clearly been dumped on the roadside this was appalling!
There are some fabulous organic meat delivery companies that really value their customers I will be using one of those from now and I suggest you do to

I'm prompted to write a review....so far so good, delivery was as expected and products ordered seem to be as described. I like this firm, I like the website and I enjoy the ease of use. I just hope they maintain the standard set and no reason why they ought not to do so. Thank you Edenmoor for being there for us.

This would be 5 if I had received an invoice and if with the delivery it had clearly indicated what was or wasn’t previously frozen.

Frist class meat!
This is my second order from Edenmoor and I'm extremely happy with their products, yesterday I made a curry using their lamb it was full of flavor and turned out nicely tender from my slow cooker. The beef makes an excellent stew requiring the minimum of stock as it's good and meaty with little added.

Good service from order to delivery. Mostly defrosted on arrival (not during a heatwave) which was challenging as the order was due to last 7 meals across 10 days. I can't say I was overwhelmed by the lasagne and shepherd’s pie. The chips looked amazing but were particularly disappointing as they were drowned in salt and inedible.

The food that we ordered was delicious from the sausages, to pies and desserts. The food was packaged exceptionally well and was frozen on delivery, in spite of the extremely hot weather. Such an amazing array of amazing quality food at a great price from a wonderful family farm. Delivery was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.
