Edinburgh Airport Official Parking Avis 

This has been by far the easiest parking experience we’ve used . We did miss the turning to enter the car park but were excused at the barrier via the telecom . Car located easily on return .

Was nearly charged an additional £10 late at night with no reason given after using the FastPark service. Other than that service was fine

Excellent service, friendly customer service and quick access to Edinbrugh departures/ arrivals.
It’s perfect for families that they can park next to main entrance. Prices can vary bit depending on when you book you get special offers. We use it every time.

Super easy to navigate. Simple instructions with seamless entry and exit. Fast track security passes were an added bonus! Thank you.

My car was returned covered in a heavy white/grey soot-like residue. While I fully expected standard dust or dirt after two weeks in outdoor storage, this substance was unexpected. Could you please clarify what this material is, where it came from, and whether it poses any corrosive risk to the paintwork?

I have used the valet parking many times before and will do again. Its a great service but in this instance, I have an issue needing resolved.

Dated, over crowded and expensive
Arrived in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago and after a ten hour flight we had to wait 30 minutes for the stairs to arrive at the plane, once off the plane we had to stand in the rain and wait for traffic to pass, came back today to collect my family who were returning from a holiday there flight was delayed by 40 minutes so my parking time was in the 1-3 hour charge of £34 yes that’s right £34 for just over an hours parking but a bargain co paired to the drop off zone £8.50 for 10 minutes then £1 per minute, really disgusted with these charges.the airport itself is old fashioned and dated , come on Scotland surely we can do better

It the first time i have parked at airport, how easy it was, reasonable price, if fact i loved how easy it was i've book next week to leave my car again

Everything was fine until we get back, try to find my car was not easy. Get my keys but my car has was parked in a different place, someone just mix the numbers. Staff was helpful and they found my car. After travel with 2 young children at night you just want go home and this just makes the things more stressful but mistakes happen.

Using the FastPark is just so convenient. Easy to book, easy to check in before arrival and the drop off process is quick and efficient, with a helpful member of staff there to advise. After a delayed flight home it was such a relief knowing that our car was waiting for us after a short walk from the terminal. It is a great service.

Great parking and very close to terminal so worth the bit extra imo

Edinburgh airport is not well organised except for charging customers for all but breathing.
Luggage delivery from aircraft to baggage hall is diabolical and 3rd world or worse speed. Add a further hour to your journey waiting for baggage. 11 flights though this airport and every single time baggage takes as long. One "lost" baggage.
No where to sit if folk are waiting for you either not good for Scotland.

Second time using the parking and it's brilliant

Great location and a seamless process.

Generally a good experience.
Easy to drop off car.
Staff were very friendly.
However......The signage and directions for Fast Park are terrible (this was confirmed and acknowledged by a member of staff!)
When we exited from the main arrivals door, we could not see any signs or directions to collect the car.
It was more just luck that we found the collection area - please sort this out !

Used the multi-storey.
Brilliant experience.
Instructions clear and directions easy to follow.
We were on fourth floor but there are lifts so not a problem with heavy luggage.
Definitely recommend.

I booked Terminal Surface Parking . Great car park for proximity to airport , but poorly sign posted for Terminal Surface parking , in fact I did not see any sign saying Terminal Surface parking . Fortunately it was day light and I worked out how to get in. NEED TO IMPROVE SIGNAGE. But great location to walk quickly to Terminal.

3rd visit so getting used to what to do. So easy and user friendly. Added fast track and quick access was great too. Really excellent and easy experience.

Far too expensive. Cars are cash cows for the airport.

I always use the multistorey carpark when flying from Edinburgh and always find the experience such as proximity to terminal, courtesy fasttrack security and egress a faultless experience. Would recommend.
