I’ve been using a selection of the mushroom extracts (cordyceps, turkey tail, reishi and lions mane) and have never felt better, my alertness, vitality, sleep and energy levels have been through the roof, supplementing these along with the ginseng and ashwanganda has been a game changer. I also use the jungle powder coffee, which when mixed with the shilajit product, makes the morning a breeze.

Great supplements from a company with great knowledge of natural supplements, the jungle powder coffee is great, so much energy on a morning now, very good product because it contains a lot of great different extracts to help with energy levels, congnative function, inflammation etc, really gets you going on a morning, great for someone like me who struggles to get a lot of supplements in with such a busy lifestyle. Can’t recommend enough they were also very helpful and gave me some great advice on what products could help me.

Tried both the vanilla and chocolate whey protein and the flavours are really nice and mix extremely well. If you're looking to increase your protein inake then look no further. Recommend to all my clients!

I’ve been using a few different EHC products, the multi-vitamin gummies are my favourite.
I am not a coffee drinker but had a go at the mushroom coffee which I found it nice without the caffeine comedown.

I have switched from the normal everyday coffee over to the Jungle Powder coffee - no more coffee jitters and keeps me feeling energised throughout the days.
