Pleasantly surprised! Top-notch service!
I bought a 5700xt at an amazing price (£50 cheaper than closest competitor) which arrived quickly via ups.
The card was well packaged and benchmarked well.
One of their employees Sarah took the time to call me before shipping to confirm the address, later in the week to confirm it would be arriving the next day and once it had been received to make sure I was happy.
Top-notch service, couldn't ask for more!

Coming from an OCD customer!
I would describe myself as a very nit picky OCD type customer; not easily satisfied. I ordered a 5700XT high end graphic card from them as it was coming out to be cheapest with free delivery but I was a but hesitant as I never heard of ejobber before.
I placed an order and got a dispatch notification next day. Unfortunately due to my busy schedule the estimated delivery was quite late so I called them up a day after to cancel the order.
Jessica and the another gentleman (cant recall his name ) were so helpful they went out of the way and pulled the item back from the courier with prompt refund the same day.
All that during covid times!!
I would give them 10 stars if I would for the customer service. The only thing they should improve is delivery times and the interface of the website..
Keep up the good work. Would definitely be ordering from them again!!
We need people like them in e-commerce.!

You won't be disappointed with ejobber
I was shopping for a product and at first I was a little hesitant to choose ejobber. I hadn't heard of them (forgive my ignorance) and the price was so much better than other companies I thought it must be too good to be true. How wrong I was! The product arrived so quickly I missed the delivery man, as I thought it would be a couple more days than it actually was at the least before I received it. I even got a courtesy call the day after to check everything went well and I was happy with my experience. I am super happy and ejobber will be my first point of call in future for purchases.

Was looking for a U.2 SSD for a while but waiting for the price to fall to a certain point, and that happened on the eJobber site for the WD SN630 2.0 TB SSD. Always a bit wary when using new websites but the site had a lot of information about the product and once ordered the confirmation was fast and there were continued updates in terms of delivery tracking. The product came securely boxed and in a static protective case, and was in excellent condition. Would certainly purchase from this site again.
