All very good, although I did have to wait 3 weeks to receive the products, and when arrived they had European plugs. However, they sorted it straight away.

Good price and the item was in stock. Delivered within the period they stipulated. The only 'issue' was the complete lack of updates regarding the order. After 3 days with no updates and the order still in 'received' state, I called the help line (which sounds like it's overseas somewhere and the call dropped 3 times) and was told it would arrive by the following day, which it did.

Jessica was very helpfull and answered all my questions quickly. Hopefully, when I receive my monitor in 2-4 days, the aftersales service will be just as helpful, if I should need this. Over £100 less than buying from Dell direct, so if there are no problems I'll be very pleased. Many thanks.

We ordered our printer on Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning what a brilliant service, I was shocked And surprised to get it so quick. Great prices and fast delivery

I discovered EJobber's site while doing a price comparison on Google - they had by far the best price on an HP DreamColour 24" Monitor that retailed for about GBP 480.00 and they had on offer at GBP 380.00 incl. VAT. As a former IT Manager, I was a little bit sceptical but decided to place the order - great price on delivery too, less than GBP 6.00, I believe. The order was processed immediately, status updated as shipped within 48 hours. There was a slight hiccup with the courier picking up which delayed the delivery by 2 days - due to the COVID lockdown - but EJobber answered my queries and their Business Development Executive, Sarah, phoned me immediately and really personalised the service, and delivered as promised. I received the shipment the next day in great condition - the monitor is a real beauty - and then, even received a follow up call from Sarah the very next working day to inquire of my satisfaction with the service. I would trust Sarah with any of my business accounts because she was straight-forward and she cares. Highly recommend doing business with EJobber. They really sort things out.
