Please see end of my story below. After several years of purchasing the Eleaf istick TC40w and being very happy with the product I have had the unhappy experience of needing warranty help. I purchased the product in December of 2025. I knew right away there was a problem with the battery. It won't hold a charge. It is dead and needs recharging after 2-4 hours. I have followed the instructions given me by customer service. I sent a video of the item being plugged in and turned on and off which is what they asked for. Their response is to them it looks like it is working as it is suppose to. Huh?!?! This does not show it dying in 2-4 hours so their response is ridiculous. I have once again asked them to honor their warranty and am waiting on a response. All I can say is buyer beware. If you buy from them there is NO warranty no customer service and definitely no recourse.
Update: Got an email this morning from customer service saying they will send me a new one. Let's see if they are being honest about this...
The replacement arrived as promised. I am changing the 1 star to 2 because of this. It took much prompting on my part which should not be nessessary

I've been using eleaf for 3 years or so now, no issues with orders or products so far (keep my fingers crossed).

I deducted 1 star for their evil practice of posting only positive reviews for their product! So, if you see a product with no reviews - BEWARE! It may be really bad.

I purchased an Eleaf IStick tc40w from this company. It was dead on arrival. They want me to shoot a video to show them that it doesn’t work. They were rude when I told them that I’ll be reporting them to the BBB. They can send me a return label and I would gladly return it and they can see that it’s dead. Don’t buy from this company. They’re terrible!!!!!!!

I have been buying your iSticks for years at a local vape store near my community. Not ones have I ever had this problem they worked fine for up to two years or more.
And I’ve used all kinds of cartridges before…
How you’re telling me this.

Then you’re telling me there’s nothing wrong with the iStick when it explodes out all that smoke from the sides and you’re telling me this is normal. I don’t think so…

I can see now I have wasted my time connecting with your company. I will be calling my bank today to place a claim dispute against your company for the amount of $98.90 And share with my banker all these emails and photos showing your defective TC 40W iSticks.

Your company doesn’t believe in customer service, that’s very evident by your company actions always making up one excuse after another. Read the Warranty, sent me this, sent me that. That’s all I hear…

You don’t believe in customer service I will be letting all my friends and acquaintances know not to buy from your company anymore. If this is the way you’re going to treat us why should we even buy your products?

My Last email, I don’t need all this stress and anxiety that your company have caused me. Life is too short for such insignificant companies like yours, remember this what you put out into the world is what you get back.

And because you’re an international company, you feel you have the right to treat American customers this way.

I have always bought from Eleaf but for a year, big drop in quality. New Istick 80 = plastic, look like a toy for kid. Second production series of the old I80: defective backlight on all boxes, second series of Istick 40W = battery that lasts three hours (compared to a day for the first in my possession), melo 4 and 5 = leaks. Elaf, react.

I have now had 3 of your I stick batteries at a cost of each time over £40
They last about 4 month’s maximum before the charge point become loose and then is not able to be charged
Your products are fantastic but are let down by this obvious flaw
I could understand if this was the 1st time but it is not, and now it’s making me look at other products on the market
I really don’t want to change manufacturer, but surely at a cost of £40 they should last more than 3 to 4 months

Due volte acquisto una pico a distanza di anni e due volte devo buttarla dopo pochi mesi.
La prima volta il top della box non andava più in battuta facendo fare contatto alla batteria, adesso con una pico 2 non so cosa succeda. Non vuole più saperne di accendersi. State alla larga da questo brand che probabilmente si autorecensisce per alzarsi il feedback, come fanno molte aziende dalla dubbia qualità.
Ovviamente è superfluo dire che il loro servizio clienti se ne frega altamente delle leggi in Italia che obbligano il produttore a offrire 24 mesi di garanzia legale. Anche delinquenti quindi.

Lavoro nel settore da anni, ho vissuto l'evoluzione del marchio negli ultimi 5 anni e devo dire che tra i grandi nomi rimane tra i più affidabili al mondo!
Prodotti palesemente mirati ai neofiti, intuitivi e funzionali!
