Contacted the company by email asking for information about ceiling spotlights. Received an answer after about 30 min with correct advice to order replacements. Delivery took about 3 days by Royal Mail. Excellent customer service.

We have had several of these lights for…
We have had several of these lights for our church hall. They are easy to install, work well and look good. I would have given 5 stars but for the damaged outer packaging on delivery. The back panel of both lights were dented, but they are robust and don’t affect the look or use. It maybe the way the transformer is packaged.

We’re very sorry that you haven’t received your goods despite our repeated efforts to resolve the delivery problem.
We dispatched your order on 2 October. Following a reported delivery attempt, the parcel appears to have gone missing within DHL’s network. We contacted the courier repeatedly and received several assurances that delivery would be made. Unfortunately, those assurances were not fulfilled.
We offered to order replacement stock for you, but as these were special-order items, this would have involved a further wait. You therefore opted for a full refund, which we have asked our accounts team to process as a priority.
Delivery failures of this kind are uncommon. Although DHL’s delivery operations are outside our direct control, we continued pursuing them to try to resolve the problem.
We understand how frustrating this has been and apologise for the delay and inconvenience.
