The best way to judge any supplier is…
The best way to judge any supplier is by how they respond when things aren't quite right. I bought an item with a defect from manufacture and after I sent a photograph it was replaced immediatley so the job was not held up. Cant ask for more than that.

Excellent Service
The items I ordered were in short supply nationally I only found out after ordering them. I contacted the ladies in the office who did manage to get me half my order and refunded me the remainder with out any issues. Excellent service particularly as it was a person I dealt with direct and not a bot.

Competitive pricing, although delivery times can be longer than expected and may need to be chased. If you’re not in a rush, it shouldn’t be a problem.

You sent out the wrong USB socket to what I ordered, that delayed receiving everything to over two weeks.

Thank you for your feedback and for your positive comments about our pricing.
We have checked your recent order. It was placed on the afternoon of 14 September, and although most of the products were available in our warehouse, one USB socket had to arrive from our supplier. It reached us on 18 September, and your complete order was dispatched the following day.
We should have made the position clearer and kept you updated without requiring you to chase us. We’re sorry that we failed to do that.
We are reviewing how we communicate supplier lead times and how customers are proactively updated when an order takes longer than expected. We hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much quicker and better-informed service next time.
