Absolutely Horrible company to deal…
Absolutely Horrible company to deal with. I had placed Large order and when delivery came in there was a particular item missing. When I tried to report this on their Customer care phone - You cannot get through after holding for over 10 Minutes it always ended into Voicemail. Tried multiple times in vain.
I sent them email reporting this and the reply was shocking "Are per our record we have sent you all Items".
Sent me a photo of all items being manually ticked implying they were packed and sent.
Zero Customer service and complete lack of empathy.
After multiple emails back and forth and my builder waiting for parts they accepted that they missed packing 10 items .
Avoid this company at all cost if something goes wrong they will pin it on you.

We’re sorry that you were frustrated by the way this was handled, and particularly that you initially had difficulty getting through to us by telephone. We completely understand how frustrating that would be when you were trying to resolve a shortage on a live site.
When a shortage is reported, we do have to carry out some basic checks before replacing goods. In this case, we checked the order against our dispatch records and asked whether the delivery had been fully checked on site. This wasn’t intended to suggest that you were at fault; it is simply part of our normal process. With deliveries to site, we do sometimes find that items have been packed within another box, separated from the rest of the order, or moved after delivery.
Where those checks are inconclusive, we can also reconstruct and re-weigh an order against the original recorded dispatch weight. We make approaching 100,000 dispatches each year, so having a consistent process for investigating reported shortages is important.
In your case, once the initial checks had been completed and the matter remained unresolved, we accepted the shortage you reported and dispatched the missing goods to you.
We certainly don’t agree that our intention was to “pin it on” you. We were simply trying to establish what had happened before sending replacement stock. That said, we accept that our communication could have explained this process better, and the difficulty reaching us by telephone clearly added to your frustration.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and are pleased that the missing items were ultimately replaced.

The dispatch of the goods wasn’t the best but ok. But please stop using DHL e-commerce. Have recently made two orders and both promised three delivery dates all ending up with “sorry there has been a delay” they also have NO customer support what so ever.

Excellent quality as always
Easy to order online and fantastic prices. Regulary updated regarding delivery. Quality of purchases was excellent and is the reason I will always return. I would, however, suggest that they change their courier as this was where they were let down. I live on the top floor but my parcel was left on the ground floor despite showing as signed for by me! It was lucky that I found it before anything happened to it.
