Inventory and next-day delivery are incorrect
Pretty much everything is marked with next day delivery eligible on their website but it is a lie. I had to make a phone call, identify and replace all the items that were not available. Then they put a new order for the replaced items however these are delivered in 4 days not next day. And they delivered only the replaced items, I never got the remaining items from the original order. My builders completed all the work in this time, and I had to cancel and return all of these.
I gave 2 stars as they admitted their mistake and offered a free return.

The items I bought were polished chrome light switches which were of excellent quality and a very good price.
The goods were delivery fast and were properly packaged.

Enormous range.
Bit of a wait to receive vs. others (what an ADHD impatient world we live in) but they have "everything" are decently priced, they pick the right item and deliver it securely by tracked delivery to a DHL standard etc. If time is on your side I recommend because you can't do better. In a crazy hurry, maybe elsewhere - but then if you get sent the wrong item you've not saved really? Fixing an old kitchen cabinet's LEDs in fact and this was only place I could find an older style with spaced out strip, low power so no driver replacement. Why's that important - because I don't want to change every cabinet just because I'm doing one !!

Good Service
Only not 5* because the initial delivery was a little slow. However, when I emailed to tell them my electrician was coming in 2 days time, they were quick to respond and it arrived the next day. Thanks guys
