Brilliant service ordered a tv mounted it and decided I needed a bigger version, rang the shop and they collected and delivered a new one, happy days.

Prompt service and delivery, delighted with the Roberts DAB radio, neat and great sound. Thank you.

I looked online and Electrical Discount UK were very competitive on price and delivered my new dishwasher in 3days, all other retailers could only deliver it within 1month. They also offered a pick up service of my old dishwasher which saved me a trip to the tip.

I have bought a TV and now soundbar off Electrical Discount and have been very happy with the price, delivery and customer service. My TVwas out of stock when I ordered but Graham kept me up to date and it arrived when he told me it would. I will definitely buy from them again.

First time using electrical discount direct and I would not hesitate to use again. The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend.

I order a tumble dryer and it was supposed to be delivered last Saturday, now Tuesday and not here. Tried to call answer 'no one available to take your call' also tried customer services 'mail box full'.
As schools are back today, the virus is no excuse anymore.
It was delivered a week late which was no problem, just that I would have liked to have been informed.

No issues, delivery on time as expected and email updates with said delivery. Some reviews caused concern but in the end I am glad to have used the company.

All aspects of the purchase were great. Website was easy to use, delivery was on time, with polite delivery driver, and the machine is installed and working well. Would recommend. Thanks.

We haven't ordered from Electrical discount UK before so had usual concerns anyone may feel.
TV that was delivered had a screen fault, so got in touch by phone.
Graham was efficient, polite and attentive and arranged a replacement to be sent which we received the next week and works fine.

I have placed an order for a Rowenta Steam Iron. I have not received an email confirmation. I have tried to contact customer services but they are not accepting calls and the online system does not work.
Please can you advise progress on Order.

I ordered a 32 Samsung tv from EDUK but after I ordered it I unfortunately had to cancel due to personal circumstances I can only say that EDUK where absolutely brilliant in there customer service and refunded the money without any delay. When my circumstances do change I will certainly have no worries about using this company again.

Having had an absolute nightmare with Curry’s. I decided to give Electrical Discount UK a go. They had the 55inch Nanocell LG TV that i wanted and was cheaper than all other retailers both high street and online. From ordering and delivery, no issue at all. Product as expected and bang on the time stated. Even had time for a quick chat with Jimmy the delivery driver, lovely fella. All round great service. Would definately order again. Thank you

A poor experience with this retailer, in fact made me question if I had been scammed. Ordered a new Sonos sub (shown as in stock on website). To be fair I received an email to say it wasn't in stock and they would need to order it in. They asked me if this was ok, I said yes as long as it wasn't too long. A week later, still no sign of it. Emailed the company and they just mentioned it was delayed being shipped from Sonos.I questioned whether it would be shipped directly to me, but was told it would go to the and then be shipped out to me(seemed a bit odd, when could be posted directly). A week later I receive a promotion email from Sonos directly advertising the new Sonos sub which could be dispatched within 24 hours. I cancelled my order with this dodgy set up, and bought it direct from Sonos. Arrived the next day, so much for a delay from dispatching from Sonos. All seems a bit odd to me, I won't be using them again.

Simon was particularly helpful and friendly when sorting out my requirements for a particular fridge freezer. However, the two delivery men from Furdeco were marvellous and went above and beyond to get the fridge in the house.

My microwave packed up and ordered a new one - electrical Discount were by far the cheapest and had what I wanted in stock. They were even open during the Coronavirus epidemic and they managed to get my new one delivered within 5 days of being ordered.
I spoke to a lovely man who could not have been more helpful.

Would most definitely recommend this company.

By far the worst company i have ever tried to purchase something from. They kept lying about why it wasn’t delivered and when its going to be delivered. Its now over a month so i’ve just withdrawn my order.

Whole story:
Bought a cooker on the 28th december, told it was 3-7 day delivery and they would contact within 24 hours with specifics details. That didnt happen, i called them after 7 days, they advised there was a delivery problem and it wasn’t going to be available to be delivered until the 22nd and they were being completely honest that delivery will be in the, not just giving me a sooner date to fob me off.. by this point the xmas sales were over, so i thought i’d wait the extra time for the delivery on the 22nd.
22nd came, no delivery, i called again and i was told 5 days, 28th still no delivery so called them up, Simon advised he would deal with it immediately, find out what the delay is and when they would get the order in, then call me back. I still hadnt heard anything and today was told 4th Feb - to which i’ve cancelled my order.

Not once have the contacted me. Never an apology. Dont trust them. I certainly wont be buying anything else from them.

Best price sheet looking everywhere, really nice customer services, delivered really quick at busiest time too, A1 triple star service. Thanks.
