The worst company ever. I submitted an order more than a week ago and the order is still pending. I don't understand if this stupid company even exists. I don't know how to get my money back.. PLS STAY AWAY from this SCAM

I ordered a replacement remote for my TV. I got a different remote which in all fairness would have probably worked OK, BUT I wanted an exact replacement of my current remote. I was not given a choice as to whether or not I would accept a substitute model in place of the one I ordered. Consequently, I paid shipping for something I didn't want and paid return shipping to send it back for a return. I will not do business with this company ever again. Ultimately, I went to ebay and found an exact replacement for my remote. While it is used, it looks like new and works EXACTLY the way I wanted. Buyer Beware

Bait and Switch Fraudulent Site. Seller is posting items not available for sale then sending a substitute

Electronic Adventure is just a front for New Remores, Inc. They are knowingly selling fake knockoff remotes that don't work correctly,

Never buy from these people, it's a scam. They charged me 30.00 plus dollars for a "look a like" remote and stated it would work with my TV. It did not so I called and followed the prompts on their website for refund but no one called me back. Sent several letters and still no response!!
Do not buy from this company, it's a scam!!
I now have to look at all the reviews before I buy on line.

They sent a different remote than the one shown. It doesn't work. Their site states customer pays return shipping. They are banking on customers not returning
items. In my opinion this is a scam. Dont purchase from this place. You will be out the cost of both your item and the return shipping.

I dropped our TV remote on the floor and could not reassemble it back to working order. This website featured a picture of the OEM remote at a very competitive price, so I ordered it. Only after I ordered did I discover the multiple reviews from disappointed customers. However, my experience was quite good. Yes, it was not an OEM remote but that's understandable since it's not manufactured any longer. The new remote worked perfectly. Just a little different configuration but it's intuitive. I'm sorry for other folks with a sour experience, but mine was quite good.

* They offer original remotes they don't have, then send you a generic replacement that might have some of the functions of the original, but likely not all of them
* They do not check back first to ask if you wanted a generic replacement
This is what happened to me. They are making money off this scam. They do not refund "shipping and handling", which is way overpriced to begin with. They should be shut down.

Stay away from this company. Their business practices are deceitful, in the following areas, as experienced by myself when I ordered a remote:
* They offer original remotes they don't have, then send you a generic replacement that might have some of the functions of the original, but likely not all of them
* They do not check back first to ask if you wanted a generic replacement
* The generic replacement is also offered on their website for a lower price; still they charge for the higher price of the original
* When returning the wrong item, they first try to play games with the return shipment, making you feign a "refused" item even you had to open the package, of course.
I only did not give 1 star because they respond to emails and finally did refund me fully and sent a return shipment label.

We bought a control from them and was sent completely broken. Even the package and the papers regarding the warranty were torn. There was pieces shattered inside the package. I sent an email tried calling several times without being able to get connected. This company is a scam

I did receive the remote that I ordered. They sent something else with a note saying they didn't have what I ordered but to try it on my TV. This is a Bait and Switch company. They should not be allowed to sell on the internet. They have not responded to my request to return the fake remote. Don't get conned by this company

I ordered the PHILIPS-MAGNAVOX NF801UD Remote Control & received it today. I cannot thank you enough! New batteries in & in a blink, right out of the package, everything single thing worked. I am thrilled! You are A-!! If you are looking for a replacement for your remote as I was, you can't go wrong with electronicadventure.us. They have a fan in me.

Wrong remote sent. The remote sent is sold on amazon for a third of the cost of this company.

Searched for a replacement remote for Sony Bravia TV. Purchased from Electronic Adventure. Product was exactly as described, came within days and works perfectly.

Just did some business with them. They had the exact Samsung TV remote and they said they only sold new remotes. I was sent the wrong remote. They said mine was no longer available. Didn't say that when I ordered. They just sent one where it had three buttons that didn't even work on my TV and it was missing the 2 buttons I needed. Favorites and Channel list. They did send me return mail , and did refund my whole purchase price and shipping. So I was out nothing, so it is at least legitimate. But NEW and the remote you order they do not do,or at least in my case that was not the result.

I wanted, ordered and paid for a particular LG remote to replace my original. The the photo and model # on their web site was identical to mine, so I placed an order. At no time during the purchase process did I see any thing saying the item I saw was no longer available. At no point did I see online that REMOTES INC/ELECTRONIC ADVENTURES could or would substitute a different product for what I bought.
The invoice clearly states the particular model # I paid for, the remote that arrived today is NOT the remote I ordered and does not have the same features as mine. I got a different LG remote that does not have 3D controls on it. The letter that came with the remote says that my remote is not available but the one they sent is an exact replacement for mine. NOT. Bait and switch

I ordered a specific remote and was sent a generic knock off. The remote that was sent operated about 30% of the functions on my device. Tech support was useless, basically telling me to read the manual of the original remote (which is way different than what was sent. They refused my demand for a refund based on waiting a few months to actually check the thing out. STAY AWAY!

These guys are liars. I ordered an original Panasonic remote control and I received a knock off unit instead. It wouldn’t have been so bad had the remote actually worked consistently. With brand new batteries installed in order to get the volume buttons to work you basically have to get lucky. $26 wasted.

Love how the support team handle customer request. Very professional and fast.
