The video is amazing
The video is amazing! I can't wait for the grandchildren to see it. Pretty easy to add photos & comments and Santa's voice makes it all sounds very natural. Fantastic.

Ordered this video on their Black…
Ordered this video on their Black Friday sale and after uploading all the details and photos it said I would have the video within 24 hours but it was emailed later that night.
The video was nearly 10 minutes long and so well made that not only was I impressed but my son loved it.
I’d definitely recommend this for any kids.

I loved this service. Fast and high quality.
The video is 10 min long, a nice story, realistic Santa. I loved that the video is like a story and loved the length of it. The fact that you could send some photos and could upload your home photo and Santa is using it to get direction at the end. Good price also

Video sent is not compatible with phone, no where on website does it state I need certain software or phone etc. Video is jumbled up and the messages I selected are wrong. Emailed customer service who complelty ignored my issues with wrong selections. Very disappointed, feel I have been scammed. Would like a new Video or my money back please.

Dear Client, the video is compatible with all phones, you don't need any software or particular phone etc. You can even watch online, if you can't download it on your phone. Video is complete and the messages chosen can be changed by yourself going on you account on our website. We reply to all the emails, check in the spam section of your email. Worth every penny
This is unreal!! Showed this to both my kids and they loved it. My youngest asks to watch it every night and gets really excited for Christmas. She claps along it's interactive. Great video and the price I would have paid double or triple knowing how good it was.
