my carpet was spotless

They were very quick to contact me when i was interested. Very quick to invoice. When worker was a no show last week and did not respond to texts I phoned and left a message with the company and they never called me back. Today I got an invoice for a no show and when I phoned to ask Patrick to cancel the invoice and i was no longer interested in dealing with an unreliable company he opened a foul mouth to me and hung up on me. Worst company ever. Avoid at all costs

Very bad company to work for. You don't get trained properly, mobile teams are pretty good, supervisor is shockingly rubbish at their job and the office bods and bosses are about as useful as a wet weekend.
Pay is awful for the work you do.

Horrible and expensive service. Paid $500 to have the carpet clean the day before I had to turn my keys in for the rental house. I could’ve done a better job with a cheap Lowe’s shampooer which I’ve done many times, but I was required to provide a receipt from a professional provider. Ray was supposed to show me pictures and FaceTime me before he left the property but he did not. Instead, he text them to me at 3:30 and again at 4:30 AM. He was also late. The pictures he sent were horrible so I went to look at the carpet in the house and it was worse than before. There were brown stains everywhere that we’re not there before and there was a fresh blue stain on the closet carpet that was not there. Called him, and he repeatedly said that those were high traffic areas and I couldn’t expect better than what he did however, the videos and pictures he shares, show dirtier carpet that looks brand new afterwards. I don’t believe those are his videos after seeing his actual work. I have cleaned the carpets myself many times and had them looking brand new. Now I will be charged by the landlord so she can have the work redone.

I book for a deep clean on a Tuesday evening and was told the "cleaners" would be there in Thursday and my reservation time was 10am-12pm. At 10:30am Thursday morning I called because no one was there, I was then told the CLEANERS would be there BETWEEN 10am and 12pm, which is a big difference than implying the would finish during that time. About 11am the ONE CLEANING GIRL SHOWED UP. My condo is 1730sqft and three floors, 3bed/3 bathrooms, 3 Walk in closets.. the young lady arrived, I showed her around. Nothing in my home is extremely dirty but I've had three surgeries in the last year and one roommate was moving out with another one in. I had already cleaned in the microwave, stove, bathtubs before I decided to hire a cleaning service.. I knew one girl was not going to be enough... Which she explained if she brought someone else with her, she woul lose money, as she was a contractor that owned her own company and actually loses money working for this company. Most of the items listed on the check list were not done, the baseboard were cleaned ONLY IN ONE BEDROOM, DID NOT TOUCHED IN TWO, NOR THE HALLWAYS, FRIDGE NOT TOUCHED , KITCHEN SHE WIPED DOWN ONE WALL, NO CABINETS, THE BATHROOMS SHE RINSED THE TUBS I CLEANED, DID NOT CLEAN BUT 1/3 BATHROOM MIRRORS, only vacuum 1/3 bedroom throw rugs, wiped 1/4 tables in living room, used my vacuum as hers was broken on maybe 12 inch spot in my living room out of a 12ft x 12 ft beige carpet... The bedroom dirt was swept into air vents on the floor. I have four cats, which they knew when pricing me.. the beds sheets I left on bed were put up instead on on the bed. Dust bunnies think on fans, baseboards, hallways, tables, mirror spot, basically the home was wiped down if that much. I felt so bad because I thought she was working he hard but when out of sight nothing was done and I tipped her in $60 in cash because she told me how the main company keeps almost every thing paid. I left a kind review, and didn't list all this but I called the company first thing Friday morning. They called me back and said I qualify for a re-clean. My roommate was moving in Saturday and we had workers installing a new water heater, I told them I didn't want a re-clean I wanted my money back. The money was already on hold and out oh my account the moment I scheduled them. The day my home was clean the money technically was taken out on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning the money was it was back in my account and I was traveling on Sunday. Monday morning comes around and I'm overdrawn over $330 . The took the fees back out three days later they were released. My home was only half wiped down and now I'm overdrawn ! Don't use this company. Save your money.

Horrible service and lies! Rents used unclean equipment. House smelled like a dog from the foul odor coming from the unclean rented machine. Has ridiculous up charges, wants triple the fee to simply spray carpet cleaner and then lies on using a scrub brush to "deep" clean the carpet. The person who came to give me an estimate was very rude and condescending. The price quoted was outrageous. She snooped around my already clean home and acted as if it was some hoarder nightmare. I will NEVER use this company.

Domestic cleaning service requested. Organizing a time took weeks as email responses took days. On the first date the cleaner did not turn up furthermore, I received no information from Elite.

First day start on the job I was wiping the desks down and emptying the bins. And wiping the kitchen down.
Then when I emptied the dishwasher all hell broke loose. The supervisor kicked off for no reason just because i emptied the dishwasher with pots in the cupboards. She said what you think your doing. You can't do that without my say so. Shouting every where. Taking the p*ss to say your not having this job now and I dont want to give it to a bloke anyway. Woo What the hell she completely lost it. I said your alright I dont want the job anyway. Especially working with someone like you whos bad tempered. Thats a no no for me. Walked away from the job its not worth it. Area supervisor called maura. Evil evil person.

Out twice to my property both did a shocking job my children clean better, the job was a JOKE, only good thing they did was clean oven. Deep clean should of been done in kitchen & bathroom don’t think they know the meaning. Cleaner was only at my property 1hour 30mins n he apparently deep cleaned. Don’t waste your money I have photos & I will take it to small claims court

The cleaning guy was exceptionally rude, insulting and aggressive. He made several insulting comments and was literally yelling down the phone at me without letting me speak or get a word in edgewise. Luckily we found several other companies who were very friendly and willing and decided on a company who were extremely nice and did an absolutely fantastic job. I’d recommend Elite Cleaning about as much as I’d recommend catching Coronavirus.

This company is a scam. They were an hour late. I was originally quoted 399 for a 3 bed 2 bath townhouse which seemed reasonable. They then come in rudely barge through the house and try and double the charge I know many people would fall for this but I’m not dumb and I don’t have 800 dollars just lying around. That’s more than half of my bond... I have read many other reviews stating they did this to them! When I asked her to leave after she tried to scam me she said well you won’t get your bond back then snarky. I am and I did it myself, saved 800 for something that I’m sure wouldn’t have been worth it.

Had my carpet cleaned by Nathan. Was the carpet straight from my garden and was covered in stains from the kids. It came up good as new! Really impressed. He was really friendly and it was easy to book, came when it was convenient for me. On the day he came over, I showed him to the room and I was able to leave him to it so was no covid risk for example. Whole thing was a very comfortable experience which is important when inviting people into your home.
