Elveden Inn keeps getting better
Have been to Elveden Inn a few times on the way to the football to charge and have lunch. A couple of times I’ve been with my father in law who has a Sunflower hidden disability lanyard following a brain injury a few years ago. The staff were who are always amazing were able to smash past 100% brilliant and were extra courteous helpful and kind. Such a great team of people. Thank you

Thank you for rescuing our birthday…
Thank you for rescuing our birthday party and making it special.The fish and chips were delicious and the service was friendly. Lovely touch was the birthday candle in the dessert. 🌻

Great lunch
Great lunch at the Elveden inn today ! Good quality food and a no pressure service .
Wendy was very attentive.
The place is immaculate and parking was abundant.

Not organised enough for large lunch groups
We had a large team building lunch at the Elveden Inn, for 28 of us. Whilst the food was of a good standard, the chaos with the wrong food coming out, and the lateness of the food, was not so good. Perhaps they are not used to a large party, though everything was pre-ordered so in reality this should have helped. Also, there is no communication via email, so do not email and respect to get a reply!

Lovely venue with an airy restaurant
Lovely venue with an airy restaurant, snug "coffee" areas and an open fire when chilly, Big garden with tables and room for children/dogs to play. Really nice staff.
So far so good. I have been eating here for many years and originally the food deserved 5 stars but not only has the quality and quantity deteriorated, the service is SOOOO slow. Only 3 stars now for meals.

This is real customer service, above and beyond
These ladies who was on shift on thursday evening the 11/08/2022 was amazing 👍 they went above and way beyond their skills to help my wife and look after my 7 year old child when she broke down just approaching the A11 the RAC just dumped her at the roadside and left them stranded late at night, and the ladies here rescued them made sure they was safe and even moved her car off the roadside and into their carpark. I would have never expected that from a pub management team but seriously was blown away by the hospitality of these ladies and others that helped, you are a credit to the team and I cannot thankyou enough, Ryan Baez
