The ordering system does not show out out of stock items
The system accepted an order for 2 lapel badges.
A week later the order status had not changed so I emailed for an update.
I was told that the badges were out of stock and would be dispatched when available.
I was offered an expedited service if they were needed for a specific date and this was met BUT
There should have been an out of stock indication, perhaps with expected availability date, so that I could go to an alternative supplier if I needed to.

Did not send the complete order. After a week of emails and phone calls I finally got a response.
Weirdly, the response was from the head of marketing! “ This is yet to arrive with us. As soon as it does we will get this shipped out to you.”
Mmmmm. If you don’t have the stock, tell me! I will go somewhere else but instead, let’s just take people’s money and not tell them. I could be waiting weeks, in fact it already has and still no delivery. I’ll be using other companies from now on.

Tip Top Professional Service
Sent my medals away to be Engraved, Cleaned, Stay-Bright coated and Court Mounted.
Had them back today, neatly and securley packaged and i am over the moon with them.
Contacted them for advice prior to sending and during the service and all the staff were polite and willing to help.
Would highly recommend to my military friends

Good quality product
A good quality product, the medals and photograph were beautifully mounted and framed. I received the item back within three weeks of ordering. It had been carefully packaged and was well protected arriving in perfect condition.

Big Thank You
My dad is 96 years old and was proud to have served in Berlin during the airlift. He often talks about it but has never had a service medal for his time there. 'Empire' provided the medal with the Berlin Airlift' bar. It's great quality and my dad can't wait to wear it on Remembrance Sunday. Fantastic value for money . BIG Thank you !

I ordered a medal in good faith
I ordered a medal in good faith. I had in my innocence expected that the ribbon would be attached to the medal 🏅 and it would have a pin 📌 to attach it to my uniform. But alas No.
It's of no use to me as is...unable to use it.

Posting to Spain
Cannot fault the service and quality. One comment is that my last order to Spain which cost £5, because it was 'tracked' it will get stopped at customs and i had to pay an extra €6.39 in duty....
