Update 18/06/25: The problem discussed below has been resolved and I’m adjusting my rating accordingly. items are good quality and if you are not in a hurry then it is all good.

I ordered two items, only one arrived (though there was a card stating 'Order Packed with Care' and a banana toffee sweet that doesn't really make up for it). No word on where the missing item is.

They not answer emails and didn't pick up the phone the one time I called their number.

The miniature medal I ordered and actually did receive is OK.

Fantastic service answered all my emails quickly, my partners medals were in an awful state in fact they were black, the ribbons were dirty and to be honest I had my fingers crossed the whole time they were away,

If you’re going to purchase one of the medal frames with regimental colours as a background don’t waste your money. Whilst its construction is solid, that’s the only good thing about it. The finish on my Royal Engineer background was so dark that it may as well have been black in colour. Don’t bother upgrading the plaque, it’s rubber and looks horrendous. Plus you have to attach it yourself. Same goes with the clip that will hold the medals. Just spend a little more elsewhere, their frames truly aren’t worth it.

I’ve just had my medals also my granddads medals too. I paid a lot of money to have them done. But it was worth every penny. I’m so pleased with them the medals also with Empire Medals.

Unlike some other comments submitted, my emergency order of awarded medals was delivered ahead of tight schedule due-date with e.mail updates throughout process. A very personal touch. Quality on arrival perfect and delivery service secure. Strongly recommended.

The medals ribbons were beautifully mounted, and worth paying the cost. The seller kept me informed and the items were well packed and posted as soon as the work had been completed.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend their services to others.

I ordered 2 replica ww2 medals that my grandfather was posthumously awarded following his death in Norway (KIA). I received the medals within the estimated delivery time and was able to wear them with pride, on the right shoulder side, at a VE Day commemoration at his war memorial in KVAM in Norway on the 8th May.

Excellent service

The product is excellent. The issue is the expected delivery time offered. I've purchased several items and after 6/7 weeks I make contact to receive the same comment.
'We are experiencing large orders at the moment we will get to you asap'
And everytime within 8 days the product then arrives. Coincidence I am sure.
You have always been polite and kind yet, just tell people when they order it will take 7 to 9 weeks and changethe excuse occasionly...lol
