The gym is very relaxed. All the staff are lovely and although they don’t disturb you when you’re working out they are very engaging if you choose to speak with them , that said they always say hello... Voir plus

Great Gym- really care for your fitness
I really love going to this gym, they genuinely want to help your fitness journey. They know everyone and all staff are friendly. They keep it clean and tidy and there is always enough equipment to use.

What a great gym
A great atmosphere and great place to go for a work out, the staff are friendly and alway have time to help.
The range of equipment is excellent and the gym/changing room are always clean and tidy.

Excellent gym. Very friendly and professional staff. Never too busy and adhering to all the COVID restrictions with plenty stations to clean equipment when finished. Also Jack the PT is great. Can’t rate it highly enough.

Fabulous gym. Friendly and knowledgable owners, which can also be said the same for the staff. Really good classes and great range of equipment. Keep clients updated about improvements. A well presented gym, clean with appropriate covid precautions in place.

Excellent gym
Excellent gym, friendly and welcoming staff. Have managed the covid situation really well, one way system, multiple hand sanitizer stations and staff constantly wiping down equipment when unattended. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to join the gym, can’t go wrong with energie fitness. Gutted won’t be able to attend because of covid but really looking forward to returning.

I recommend. complete gym, suitable equipment to complete a weekly training plan for each body part. dumbbells available in several sets of the same weight. no problem with a bench, barbells, weight, gates for several members at the same time great service. Lots of cardio equipment, punching bags, fitness machines. Great gym. I use it for 3 months and I am very happy.

Love this gym
Love this gym, firstly, there is no contract, so your not tied in, the facilities are new and fresh, equipment plentyful, never too busy so you are not standing around waiting for machines, staff are super friendly and helpful, they have loads of classes, offer PT.all different shapes and sizes go so its not intimidating to newbies. Its just all you want out of a gym.
