The gym is very relaxed. All the staff are lovely and although they don’t disturb you when you’re working out they are very engaging if you choose to speak with them , that said they always say hello... Voir plus

Energie fitness was exactly right for…
Energie fitness was exactly right for me after the long shutdown of covid, I love the machines which are so easy to use, the monthly price is just right not too expensive, the booking app is very reassuring when it just asks you a few questions about covid. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. A good all round gym.

A great gym with excellent equipment and great classes
A great gym with excellent equipment and great classes for all abilities. The staff are friendly and approachable and the team have created a safe environment to train in response to the affects of Covid-19. They are doing everything they can to keep the members and themselves safe. I would absolutely recommend this gym.

Super Gym to help me keep fit after major Orthopaedic Surgery.
I have recently joined the Gym. It is very pleasant with plenty of top range equipment and nice friendly fully qualified Gym Coach's to supervise and give "One to One" Instruction.
You never have to wait long to get on a machine and there is no time limit how long you use it.
The toilets and showers are spotless. A vending machine selling cold drinks and snacks is available and we have asked if it would be possible to have a warm drinks dispenser as well.
There is plenty of free parking and the Gym has long opening hours and the monthly fee is very competitive.
I really look forward to my sessions here.
